Completely incompetent workers!!!! YOU PEOPLE NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR DRIVERS!!!!!! Ive talked to literally 7 different people about the bullshit Ive experienced beginning with an email noting it was to be delivered 2/7 between 11:10-2:40. Had someone here and never showed. Only got an email about their inability to deliver after I already called to figure out what was going on at 5:30. Apparently youre screwed if you order something that requires a signature and work all day but I cant get it through their heads that Im not driving 50+ miles away to pick up my package and both members of my household work 8-4. After attempting to "schedule a delivery" 3 times it still never showed and all they could say is that it doesnt guarantee that they could do that and my package didnt qualify for the $5 guaranteed service???? WHAT!???? After arguing with 3 people in one call a "supervisor" agreed to let me change the delivery address to my parents even though it wasnt "allowed" on a package that required a signature and Im still getting emailed that its coming to me!!!!!!! CHECK YOUR CORRESPONDENCE!!!! Freaking ridcilulous!!

Package was just tossed on porch in plane sight of anyone going past, No attempt to place on side of porch where it would have been hid, out of sight. I even have a large box on my porch with a sign on it telling delivery drivers to please put packages in it. This is not the first time this has happened with your drivers. Just hope package isnt taken some day. This just happened about 15mins. ago.

First delivery attempt at 5:40pm. The next day I made sure I was home by 4:30 so I didnt miss them. Attempted delivery at 2:30pm. Very inconsistent. The third day I called and they gave me a 4 hour delivery window! So I have to wait around all day, or drive 20 miles one way to pick up the package myself. Totally ridiculous.

Package was to be delivered by 12 noon. I waited and waited nothing, I waited as long as I could found out over an hour later they attempted to deliver it, would not leave package now they wont come back out again until after the holiday 3 days later. What a koke

Package to be delivered on Saturday. I received a email update at 9:40 am Saturday that they attempted to deliver me package and no one was home. LAIRS...I was here and NOBODY attempted to deliver my package.
