Absolutely horrific. You pay extra to have something shipped in 2 days and 5 days later they have the package sitting in the next city over and can not deliver until the next day. Absolutely ridiculous, and then someone from the other side of the country is who you have to speak with. THEY WILL REPAY AND THEY WILL SEE MY FACE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING IT WONT BE PRETTY. DO NOT USE FEDEX ALWAYS USE UPS. WAY BETTER SERVICE AND ALWAYS ON TIME.

Fedex, Florence SC is horrible. Customer service does not exist at this location. They never deliver on time. They always have excuses like due to weather conditions there was a delay. Yes it rained in Florence the day of my scheduled delivery, but not in Kingstree where I live. Whenever I order things going forward from Walmart I will use site to pickup.

So far so good. Its a very small lobby, but they have what you need to get your items shipped. I havent had any issues with their customer service, though the lack of greetings seems to get others upset. I go in to handle my biz, not to look for huge smiling faces.

Supposed to get a package driver said he delivered it to the address most certainly did not and it came from Florence South Carolina so either the driver kept it or took it to the wrong address one way or the other I did not get my merchandise

Couldnt find my house becasue of temp drivers. I had 2day shipping and still have not recieved my stuff. And customer service doesnt help any. Go UPS.
