I will definitely be calling this post office in the morning. Im fed up with this place because I dont know if someone is not doing their job or if its our person who delivers our mail. But wanted to put this out there, that this is the 3rd time this has happened to me, and tonight was the final straw. I come home from work to a note tapped on my door saying that there was a piece of mail at my neighbors apt for me. So I knock on her door and she hands me a credit card bill. This is indeed my bill because I signed up for it. Just nice to know that shes an honest neighbor and didnt open it up and get my CC number off the slip inside, rip it up and throw it away and run me up a charge. Another time Ive found a bill sitting outside my door when I went to take my dog out for the night, so not sure who put that there. And another time a bill was slipped under my door because it was on my kitchen floor when Ive gotten home. THANK GOD I have nice and honest neighbors who give me my mail that gets mixed in with someone elses. Ive about HAD IT and like I said will be calling the post office and raising hell with them in the morning. Then the wonder why there is so much identity theft going on? CHRIST the god damn postal service cant even do their job correctly, so everyone WATCH OUT.

Ive never had problems with having my mail delivered until I moved into this post offices jurisdiction. Now, my carrier leaves packages in the yard by the mailbox/road (or in the flower bed!) in the rain. When I filed a complaint online, a woman called me and said it was indeed their policy to bring them to the porch. However, he continued to leave them in the yard, so I made another complaint. This time, the woman who called me said "I dont know who told you that he should bring them to the porch. He should be leaving you a pickup slip since this isnt a walking route." Now I have no idea which is even the case, and I really just want my mail to arrive safely! I get a lot of packages and do not have the time during the day to run to the post office to pick things up. Its funny that UPS and Fed Ex have NEVER had a problem putting my packages on my porch (and they even ring the doorbell!) No wonder the USPS is having trouble staying afloat. You cant use your government agency status as an excuse for bad service forever. Eventually, its going to catch up to you and you will have no jobs. So sad that these well-paid people have NO respect for their jobs or the customers they serve.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Every single time I go to the counter I am (along a majority of the other customers) treated like second class citizens. Doesnt matter what the matter is. Could be as simple as buying stamps and they will treat you this way. At one point they locked out my PO box for non payment. OK, not a problem. Had I received a bill in said PO box it would have been paid as all my bills are. But instead they held my mail hostage and demanded a late fee. Hmmm.... Lets see.... If I didnt get the bill (checked with my bookkeeper as well) then why do I have to pay an extra fee. Through some further investigation with friends who have PO boxes there, I am not the only one that this has happened to. Im thinking it is just a way for them to collect more fees. It is just sad that people there think it is ok to speak down to us.

I have never had major issues with the postal service before but this specific location is the WORST. I seen the reviews and thought now it cant be that bad and the people talking about an awful woman who worked the counter and tonight I met her. Over a simple misundertanding she treated me like I was incompetent and with no respect at all and youd think I was an awful customer who came in angry or did anything wrong. I wish I had any other post office than this one because I never want to deal with that stuck up awful woman again. I have never felt so belittled or talked down to the point I think Im going to call her HR because someone like that should NOT be dealing with customers. And to think I thought these reviews were just over the top... Nope they are certainly 100% fact.

Oriental lady working there yesterday was not trying to hear me explain my situation..I told her that I had filled out a change of address form online & it wasnt supposed to take effect for several weeks but already started holding my mail..I called the 1800 number and it told me my packages were there..to bring my ID to retrieve them..she refused to hear me out..told me she is a real person..not an automated voice...and refused to go back and look through 10000s of packages & get my mail that shouldnt have been held in the first place...she had no answer as to why the automated answering service toldme my mail was there & to pick it up..only that she" is real person"...extremely rude..ignorant and self centered is all she was..never again will I deal with her or this place!!

I pay for a P.O. Box so my packages are delivered safe because my neighbors like to walk past my place and use it as their own Home Shopping Network. This is the second time in less than a month that my package from UPS "couldnt be received" by the post office and Im currently playing phone tag with UPS trying to locate my missing package and have it delivered to either my home or the UPS Store. Im sick of this! The people who work there are useless and the one Asian woman who works up front speaks poor English and has the gall to open my mail and read any magazines! Why do I bother to pay almost $70 for six months of this wonderful federal service? And they keep asking for raises because they do SO much for us.

Tried calling a few times in hopes of a simple answer to a simple question no one ever answered so I drove down spent 15 minutes in line while there was no one at the counter. Finally a woman came to help the people in line she wasnt very good with English and for me was no help. She was rude and from what I saw didnt even make an attempt to help by the way I was looking to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house today surprise surprise it didnt show up here nor was I able to pick it up there. best bet is to use some other service for mail at least they seem to be on time and willing to help

I dont think they deserve a 1 star rating!!! Everyone who works there has an attitude! In addition, they didnt deliver mail to anyone in the apartment bldg where I live, the landlord called and told her she was lying and that they could do whatever they wanted to with our mail!!! Also, was waiting for a delivery on dec 24th, I looked up the tracking # on the internet and it said it delivered a notice and no one was here...needless to say there was no notice anywhere and I was home all day long!! They are the liars and unethical!!! Kudos for being the worst post office I know of!!! You should be ashamed!
