This is actually a 1/4 of a star!!!! DO NOT EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! THE REVIEWS ARE FICITIOUS!!!! These are the most unprofessional, unresponsive, ghetto people I have ever mistakenly done business with in MY LIFE!!!! They are greedy and stingy and they will rip you off with any angle they can illegally find. I have been battling this company since MARCH 2014 and they continue to dodge talking to me, avoid bringing resolve to claim less than $200 and just plan not people/customer concerned. I have missing items too! THEY COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT ME OR MY DAMAGED PROPERTY! THEY HAVE MY MONEY!! If the tables were turned and someone had damaged several pieces of their individual property and was withholding payment, they would be outraged if they were treated the way the have been treating me and many others apparently. I have tried resolve through the BBB and they just gave up because these people are so unreasonable we couldnt get them to just be fair and pay. On top of all of my scarcely insured items they damaged in transport - one of their drivers was about to leave my home and knocked over my personal laptop that had already been in my home and damaged it. They apologized when I reported it and told me to get an estimate and they would repair/replace it. I paid to get the estimate and filed the claim with pics as they requested! they offered me $30 for my damaged PC after the repair people said it needed to be REPLACED!!! The estimate costed $30!!!!!!!!!! let alone the $30+ I paid to fax over all of the paperwork for both the moving claim and this one. they are probably hoping I will just go away but I will get JUSTICE!!!

Moved from Fort Myers, FL back to Columbus, OH with an insanity card to match... Wife found and hired these guys based on some positive reviews she had heard. Somehow or another, our piece count went from about 85 to approximately 130, largely based on actions such as BayFlower counting a queen bed as one piece, then having the movers taking it apart per contract and counting each individual piece instead! The crew arrived late and short one guy which jeopardized our flight our of town. Then they appeared to move slower once they found out our flight had been delayed. Some of our items were damaged or broken and it took several months for that whole issue to get rectified. They were usually too busy to talk to us or their phones were down or our file was in a box somewhere. Will NEVER EVER use this company again! I would have almost preferred to move our stuff myself. We also still have someone elses stuff in a box sitting in our basement since May waiting for customer service to get their act together and have UPS pick it up!

We moved from Maryland to Florida July 2014. After a long day and our household goods were loaded on the truck, the fee went up $6000!! And the guys wanted a tip. The initial sales man told me the price would not go over the quote, but could come down if we used less sq. footage in the truck. Customer service did refused to work with me on the price increase. In Florida, many items were missing and SO MANY BROKEN! The packers took no care in packing; items were haphazardly put in boxes. I submitted a claim for the broken items as per BayFlowers guidelines on the Bill of Ladding in or about in March 2015. It is December 2015 and Ive heard nothing back. Every phone number I find is disconnected. BUYER BEWARE!!! These guys are crooks and dont care about you, your things, or your experience with their service.

My family and I had such a great move with this company named Bayflower Moving Group. Moving isnt an easy task, but this moving group really made it seem that way. They handled all of my questions so attentively and had no problem accommodating all of my needs to a T. We moved from Virginia to Arizona, I got an incredible job promotion and we were more than happy to move to warm weather as well! I just wanted to extend a personal thank you to this company for being so outstanding and raising the bar for companies that I will use in the future!! Thank you Bayflower Moving Group.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Moved from Florida to Alabama. Move was estimated at $10,000.00 Paid $16,500.00. Literally held our furniture for ransom until we paid them more more. They used day laborers from "Craigslist" as their moving crew in Alabama as well as PICK UP trucks to transport our furniture to my house fro end of drive way! I pad , sunglasses, ladders, ALL STOLEN! Missing boxes! NUMEROUS DAMAGED PEICES OF FURNITURE!!! Do yourself a favor! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Truly one of the WORST experiences I have EVER had with a company!!!!!!

Horrible service! Be aware as they run a scam. They will low-ball your estimate and present you with a new contract after everything is packed and demand you pay cash!!!! Not a cashiers check! We had lots of furniture broken, we have missing pieces of furniture and missing boxes. While the packing was efficient it turned out to be not too careful which resulted in lots of damage. When the truck showed up they came with some local guy...yes one person to unload around 300 pieces.

Awful. We had an appointment with Bayflower Moving Group for 9am on a Sunday and they never showed up...never even called us back. When we called them, all we would get was their answering machine. So we rented a truck and it took us hours by ourselves to load all our furniture into it. I would never recommend such an unprofessional, awful company. BayFlower is definitely no Mayflower!

Absolutely horrible service. They were late, broke and lost a significant portion of my furniture and still havent reimbursed me. The vast majority of their likes on Facebook, etc. are all false. DO NOT use this company for your moves--they are complete frauds.

Great service with Bay Flower Moving Group, the guys werent just on time they were very efficient with the packing of my boxes and loading our items onto the truck. I couldnt have asked for a better moving experience with moving! Thank you guys!
