I want to start this review by saying I am a local if Hendersonville and have lived here over twenty years. I know hundreds if not thousands of people in this area and most of them are good people. Beware the people that manage this u haul location are not in anyway good country folks. The man at the counter lost my key and repeated the f word in front of me and another elderly customer until someone else came in to show him where the key was. What an absolute child. Payed to rent a dolly and never got one, tried to return the truck at 2:48 when the business closes at 3. No one was there and I had to take the uhaul all the way back to my house for the night the return it the next morning which meant I payed extra mileage money. Proceeding all of this uhaul changed me in cash and then charged my card a 150 dollar authorization fee After telling me my card would not be charged anything. When trying to get the fee returned I was met by a witch on the other line who was never worked with customer service in her entire life. I am absolutely ashamed to have a business like this in a town I call my home. Please please save yourself tons of trouble and do not rent with this business. They are also under investigation for illegal activity reguarding fraudulently charging their customers. Be smart dont be next.

Alert! This company is not bonded. I found out the hard way. My mothers and grandmothers wedding rings were taken. When I called this company the owner said he would do anything to help. I asked if he was bonded, he said no. He said I should call the police and report it. This move is 4.5 hours away now. I asked that he talk with the two movers. He said he would and call me. He never called. I just got done calling the "Moving Help" people who said they have nothing to do with the movers they advertise on their site. I would never use this company and I would never use "Moving Help" who state they are "safe and "reliable" You will lose twice. I only gave this one star because I had to in order to post this comment.

go to a different location, this one is shady. You will be charged a lot more charges later. 200 miles was added to my mileage. rent there at your own risk. you will see what Im talking about as soon as you walk in. Shady!!!! If you decide to take your chances you better protect yourself and be ready to place a claim and go to court. There are plenty of other choices in Hendersonville. good luck! sincerely, pissed off and I will get my money back (that was grocery money for my kids) karma sucks it comes back ten fold. she will get her karma and I dont have to do anything. good comes to good and bad comes to bad. I am praying for you lady because my heart is in the right place and I would never steal from anyone.

I have been using and recommending Spartanburg Highway Express Mart for a couple of years. Everything from getting gas to the occasional U-Haul rental. My experience has always been excellent. I recently had the experience of moving to a new house and needed help. I contacted Eric and he was ready to accommodate my move every step of the way. He asked a few pertinent questions to determine my specific needs and offered some options. The crew he sent out was on time, fast and efficient. They were very careful with all my belongings and verified my satisfaction throughout the move. This was an A+ experience! By far the most economical and way I could find to move. I HIGHLY recommend.

Eric, the owner is an idiot. If I had not called the day before our move I doubt he would have even bothered to call me to send his moving helpers to move us. On moving day, he sent his men to the apartment we were moving to and not to the house we were moving out of. When moving us, his movers punched a hole in our wall which led to the stress of finding someone to come out and patch and reprint our wall. After his men to,d us that he would pay for the repair, this subhuman dolt ignored my repeated phone calls. He is a FRAUDULENT parasite who clearly could care less about customer service. AVOID THESE IDIOTS LIKETHE PLAGUE. THEY ARE THIEFS AT BEST, OR STUPID IDIOTS AT BEST!!!

The review below Sandra Smith is a lie she call 2 no the after the move and said that they had the jewlwey and left.it on the.shelf in the master bedroom closet both workers on f2f he job have been with was for over 7 years and have never ever had any question about theft also I 3rd her she needs to fe a.lolice report to properly address this issue and she did.not want to just wanted me to pay her for the jewlwey. I refuse and explains that my.isurance will not except a text claim without a valid police report. Once I refuse to pay without P/R she hung up I personally feel she was trying to scam us. Thank you

Do Not Do Business with this Lady she is a Liar and possibly Racist. She looked me and my husband in the eyes and said she didnt have our reservation and we know she Did! Go to the U-Haul on Airport Rd. He was nice enough to help us find a truck and make the original truck reservation.This Man is a life Saver and a great business person. We went back to his location and he got us a truck immediately . Dont Do Business with This Location!

Eric is really a professional. He and his team handled all our furniture and belongings with care. They came with all what they needed to do the job easily. They also helped us cleaning our old house before leaving and when we arrived to our new place they did great. We recommend Eric to anyone that need to move.

Surly condescending attitude by the lady behind the counter. She treated me, my dad, and multiple other customers like we were all stupid and she had better things to do. Customers were outside talking about how rude she was. The man helping her was fantastic, super helpful, working hard.

I used Eric Brays U-Haul company today. Eric was a pleasure to work with and the move went seamlessly. The moving guys were careful and damaged nothing. They were friendly and answered all our questions. It was very helpful to have them load and drive the truck to South Carolina.
