Hardys 3 guys (John, James and Rich) arrived at 9:45 and immediately went to work evaluating the furniture and getting an idea of all the rooms. They loaded up our largest sofa first, using a black wrap around the entire sofa to protect it. This was not an extra charge, this was just included. They wrapped all major pieces of furniture with either black plastic wrap or blankets. Everything was packed very well and efficiently on the truck. The guys were very polite and quick. They finished loading our 2,500 square foot home in 4 hours, even with me adding several pieces of outdoor furniture that they were not expecting. They never complained about anything I added on, which was very nice of them. They left for Charlotte at around 2:30 and arrived before I could even get to our new house! They were preparing to unload by the time I arrived. They brought everything in the house within 3 hours and were completely done by 7pm. They were able to get several large, challenging pieces into our small doorways and small bedroom hallway. The finished time came in at exactly the estimate given to me 3 days before by Hardy! These guys were awesome and I would not hesitate to hire them again. In fact, my in-laws will be using them when they move in the next few months as well.

We just moved into a new house earlier this month and had heard about Auston Moving from some friends of ours who had used them. They came very highly recommended and we didnt want to trust our belongings to just any moving company. So here was our experience and why wed recommend them to all of our family, friends, and co-workers. First of all, they showed up on time. I know that seems like a pretty easy thing to do, but weve noticed with other moving companies weve used before that they were always late. Secondly they took A LOT of time and care when packaging up our furniture and moving it. They also moved an entire house much more quickly than what weve experienced before. Third - The movers were REALLY nice and professional. They had a great attitude and you could tell they enjoyed working there. I think one of the guys said he had been there over 20 years. It has to be a good company if someone is going to do that kind of back breaking work for that long. We were really impressed with Auston Moving and will use them when we move again!

This moving company exceeded all my expectations. I needed 2 adjustable bed frames weighing 175 lbs+ each to be moved from the driveway (where they were delivered by a freight service) to our bedroom. In addition, the frames needed some minor assembly while lying flat upside down and then had to be flipped to the right side up without using the frame legs for support, no easy feat considering the weight. There were so many things that could have gone wrong. But, thanks to Mr. Auston and his crew of men, the move was accomplished in 45 minutes without a hitch! The crew Mr. Auston sent were amazing; just the right blend of professional skill, intellect, can-do attitude and brawn. While they worked quickly, they also took the necessary time to protect our belongings. I would recommend HD Auston Moving Systems for any move; small like mine this week or major like one house to another. Very reasonable rates, too. We live rurally and Mr. Auson did not add a mileage or fuel surcharge.

I worked directly with Drayton of HD Auston, after completing an online request for a quote for a residential move and storage. I received a phone call the next business day and an in-home survey of the items to be moved was completed, which was efficient, yet quick and took about 15 minutes. I then received a follow up email with the quote, made my deposit of $75 and scheduled the move. The guys who showed up on moving day were courteous, professional, and worked quickly. They take special care to ensure to move and store items to prevent damage and they bring all of the tools needed to make this happen. They put large pieces of furniture just where you want them, which is a big help considering that one may not have that much "muscle" around once the movers have completed the job. I would recommend HD Auston Moving Systems for all moving and storage needs.

First Class! Professional! Kind & Compassionate People! HD Auston moved my family from Greenville to Taylors. Their staff were punctual, professional, quick, and quite frankly fun to deal with. Moving stinks but I sure enjoyed myself working with their guys. On the last day of moving the last piece of furniture on the truck was damaged. HD Austin took the furniture with them and immediately had it fixed and then brought it back. These are people that take pride in their customers. I HAVE TRIED THE REST, SO CALL THE BEST -HD AUSTON. I HATE moving, I mean HATE. IT. I looked for a reliable moving company and I had heard about HD Auston from some friends. I called Hardy and he had a crew set up and ready to move me in no time at all. Once the crew showed up they took GREAT care in making sure that my furniture and belongings were treated very carefully. They even put down runners to keep my floors clean and they had door protectors as well. All in all it was a great experience. I called other moving companies to give quotes and HD Auston was the only company that called back and came out and give an estimate. The customer services is superior to any moving company I have used before. I had 4 movers and those guys worked hard the entire time. My wife and I have used movers before and the experience was terrible so when we called this company we were very cautious but I must admit they were wonderful and very professional.They were very careful with our property and moved at a pace that let me know that they wasnt trying to jack up the price. We had Hardy Auston and his awesome team receive and bring to our home a 1200-pound, 6-foot tall safe. They did an incredible job navigating it from the truck into our downstairs, being sure to protect the doorjamb and the tile floors (with blankets, no less!). I was afraid it might overbalance, but they did great. Price was quite affordable too! Thanks, Hardy!
