Movers never showed up on day scheduled (without calling until 3pm that day... when i had been waiting for the movers since 11am that morning) Manager said that they would send a "good crew" the next morning (as opposed to...?) The next morning two new movers were sent to my house without a tool kit. they had to take an hour-long trip to Lowes to buy a tool kit, which pushed the move time to even later. The movers did well & I dont blame them but the reschedule was incredibly unprofessionally handled and made a difficult move more difficult unnecessarily.

All my sons is the biggest RIP OFF. I would never use this company again! I called because only half of my stuff was moved from my storage building and I called the branch manager told me I could rehire and pay them hourly for a job they didnt finish and then he cussed me out when I told him he should finish the job or give me half of my money back. Very unprofessional. I am just trying to warn everyone to stay away from this company. Nobody is willing to help handle the situation. This is the worse moving experience.

BE AWARE OF All My Sons Moving and Storage. They gave me a low quote, never showed up for the appointment saying my carrier shut my phone off, the phone I was talking to him on. Moved me the next day, at double the quote, the driver did nothing and charged me for things that they didnt do, like pack and wrap, and then badgered me for a tip for doing nothing. One of the owners said he would call me Monday, that was last Monday. Humm...

Would not confirm our move two days prior, which was on a Sunday. When we "booked," the fact it was on Sunday afternoon was not a problem. Then when we called twice to confirm on Friday, my fiance was first told that confirmations were usually given 24-48 hours out. When I called back and pressed, they stated that they can only do moves on Sunday mornings, not Sunday afternoons. Ridiculous. Stay far away.

This place rip me and my wife off give a price and moved half of our stuff and have stuff missing that we know was there ... and branch management cuss my wife out Id love to see him face to face I wish I could post pictures of our things they destroyed...and half of the things they left behind we paid them to move it and still have to do it ....
