We use PODS every year for Walk to End Alzheimers in Greenville. Since our event is held on public property, the PODS give us a secure place to store items on site so that we dont have to coordinate deliveries early on a Saturday morning or pickups late on a Saturday afternoon, which often costs extra. The PODS help us save money and be better prepared the morning of the event. Delivery & pick-up have always been easy to schedule and on-time. PODS are great when stocking up for an event, especially if you have limited storage space in your offices like we do. And when the event is over and the PODS are empty, they simply come & take them away. So great!

My initial experience with the PODS franchise in Greenville was a positive one. However, things have gone downhill steadily since my POD was picked up the first week of June. Despite having called customer service on four different occasions, PODS continues to debit my bank account $180 each month. According to PODS customer service, they are waiting for the manager at the Greenville location to verify that the POD was picked up and over the past four months, he/she must not have found time to do so. Today, Im assured again that this will be handled and that the manager of the Greenville site will take care of it today. TBD, Im not holding my breath.

There is absolutely NO communications with these people. They say they call and let you know the ETA but they dont. Wasted 2 days on them waiting for a pick-up time. Dont waste your time with these people. There are other similar operations out there that do what they say. PODS is a company that doesnt. They wont leave a message on an answering machine, you cant talk to anyone that knows anything. They never call back even when they say they will. I for sure will never use them again and i certainly wont recommend them to anyone.If I could I would leave a NO STARS! Very poor service and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE dept. BEWARE!

after removing items, anything that was not covered had faded from the translucent top of the pod. when I inquired about filing a claim I was told that they would not cover that since I did not insure the contents. I suppose it was naïve of me to expect my contents to be in the same condition when removed as when they were placed without having to give Pods more of my money to insure. I was told this should not have happened...and yet they still wont admit fault. overpriced and under delivered

PODS is over rated and pretty much blows. They are too expensive and down right rude. We had a 1:45 delivery time and they didnt get there until 5:00pm. Once they got there they "couldnt" place the POD where we wanted. The Operators were also always "short" and snappy sounding. We found " The Mobile Attic" which were so very nice and delivered the day we called. Even waited around on delivery and helped us any way we needed. They rule. And are cheaper !

Upstate PODS is a great company to work with! Their delivery man was extremely nice and helpful. He delivered our POD on time and placed it exactly where we requested. They have a special contraption that is able to place the PODS in hard to reach places. The POD itself is very clean and has a professional look that reflects well on our business.
