Well love that u have access to ur Unit 24 hours a day an tht they hav a gate tht u hav 2 put a code N-2get in & tht u hav 2 have code for combo lock 2 get N-2 door where ur storage unit is located & then have ur own lock!! But wat i dont like is weve been yryong to pay storage for 2 days an noone has been there an we went twice yesterday an it was early afternoon the second time around plus they havent answered phone or returned call so that i do not like

Facilities are ok but obviously no concern for maintaining customer. I receive an email notice every month that I owe. Every month I have to call to clear it up and am told its a computer problem. This month it said my property was going to auction. Same call to Michael same response but when I said if something didnt change I would have to pull my stuff out I was told its as simple as that, pull your stuff out!!!! Wow nice divergent properties.

Facilities are nice. Manager has no idea how to do his job, speak to customers, or how to maintain confidentiality (addresses, names, etc). He does not return phone calls, emails, or anyone who is not "his kind".

Management is unprofessional and rude. Accuses tenants of false actions and threatens you. I have e-mails from management themselves to prove it. Too bad there is not an option for 0 stars.
