Several weeks before our move, I contacted Two Men and A Truck for a quote for our upcoming move. I provided the office personnel with a thorough overview of our move and needs. She was very helpful and provided me with a quote and we decided to hire them for our move based on that quote. Two days before our move, another representative contacted me to confirm. Much of the information on our file was incorrect, including addresses. My obviously biggest complaint is that our quote was off by a very large amount, according to the second representative. That representative gave me another quote, at minimum $200 more than the original. At this point we were 2 days out from the move and had no other option. The final cost was still almost more than second quote and a total of $300 more than original quote. The representative was apologetic but offered no other assistance to remedy their wrongdoing, other than trying to lowball at much as she could the final cost. The day of our move was great, and our movers were fast and efficient. Unfortunately, due to the office staff, I would not use their company again.

I have used Two Men & a Truck 3 times now and Ive been extremely pleased every time. From making arrangements with the office staff (professional, knowledgeable, & courteous) to having the moving crew arrive (always promptly & with a courtesy call) to their continuous hard work....Ive been pleased. Lionel & Philip C. were my movers this last time, and from the moment we went over paperwork they never stopped. They were always careful of my belongings & worked at a steady pace. They kicked butt getting all of my things into the storage unit (which are always too small !) too. The prices Two Men & a Truck charge are very reasonable and always accurate...nothi g hidden. I used All My Sons moving just one time & it will be the LAST time...Ill always call Two Men & a Truck. Thanks again and keep up the good work. Your reputation is excellent and word of mouth from customers supports that.

I do not recommend this company I paid $10 extra dollars for insurance and after they moved my stuff I had black marks all on my walls along with a scratch on my bed. I called the company to report informed them I paid the insurance incase something happened which it did, the lady sent a email out and told me someone would reach back out to me. Every time I call up there I get no answer, until this day no one has reached out to me about my complaint. They are very unorganized and do not sign up for insurance with them because they will not assist you!! Also the movers took their precious time to move my stuff they were too busy trying to flirt instead of moving my stuff I believe they purposely did that do stretch out my time for them to get paid more! I will never use this company again.

For the first time, EVER, I actually had a great experience! I have used various companies over the years, never with good results.You name it from theft, careless handling, resulting in broken items, to hidden charges. I even had one company hold my belongings hostage, refusing to unload, until I paid, in cash, double what I was quoted. What a change of pace. They men showed up, on time, and were not only professional, but genuinely courteous. I couldnt have made a better choice. Good job on hiring, and keep up the outstanding value placed on pleasing the customer. Something that you just dont see often enough anymore. I will be looking forward to the next time I need to hire movers. Two Men and a truck will be my first, and only choice.

Two Men and a Truck have successfully moved us within and between states. On each occasion, the men were on-time, courteous and efficient. Our belongings were carefully packed and wrapped for safe travel and then unloaded with the same care and attention to detail. Twice I sent furniture to my daughter who found the experience equally positive and noted that the movers were both kind and personable. throuout the unloading process. During the various moves, I also found the office administrative staff to be very helpful and supportive. The entire Two Mean and a Truck team, working together, made the process, from start to finish, both pleasant and efficient.

They showed up on is the reason I gave 1 star, but they told me that they couldnt move me because I had the tv still sitting on the tv stand which i could have moved, I had a figurene sitting on the dresser which i could have moved all they had to do was pick up and move I had everything broke down for them beds and all they did have to break down anything but i took off work for this and i wasnt pleased!!! And the guys smelled like WEED POT what ever you want to call it!!! But I call ALL MY SONS MOVING COMPANY and was please they was very professional and courteous I was very please with this company I wouldnt recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!!

Will not use again! They were an hour late arriving after telling me they would be their all day within their time window. They had to wait in order to avoid moving my stuff in the rain. Which contributing to running up the bill. They broke my vanity, which is being replaced. However, I was overcharged and they did not do anything to compensate for their movers being late. Even with 4 guys moving only a bedroom, kitchen table,living room set & maybe 5 large boxes it took them 3 1/2 hours WITH MY HELP and more than my estimate. They intentionally drug their feet to get paid more. Customer service is the worst.

I hired them based on critique that they were very inexpensive and reliable, but found the complete opposite in both aspects. They were not well prepared for the weather at all. It had been raining and no body was wearing safety shoes, which in turn caused them to drop and break my glass top dinner table. Apparently it was my fault for not having paid them extra money to box it up, not that it would have mattered being in a box. The claims department does not answer or return calls. If you have valuables that you cherish, you are better off moving it yourself.

Overall I give an A+ rating. I got service the next day after I called which was great as we were under a short deadline to vacate our storage unit or be charged for the entire next month. I thought the rate charged was very reasonable for the quality and promptness of the service we received. The two guys were very friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. They handled our belongs with consideration and care. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome. If asked, I would highly recommend calling Two Men and a Truck as your first go-to mover.

Nice Upfront...but watch out! They were very nice and professional when presenting a quote. I was told the date would be held for our move and thought everything would be taken care of from there. The week of the move I called to finalize the moving time and was told that we were taken off the books and that they were full. They never tried to contact us to finalize anything. I had been told upfront that the date would be there unless otherwise notified. Guess that was a lie. Used Cyber Direct Solutions in Greer SC. A lot cheaper and very helpful!
