If there was a ZERO star button theyd be getting that - 1 star is way too generous. We were supposed to move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house 15 minutes away. Our time frame for the movers to show up was between 1&2 PM. 3:30 finally comes around and I call and they say they were having truck trouble so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They said they would call right back once they had a solution. No call. I call again at 4:30 and they say theyll have a truck for us at 5:30. 6PM comes around...no truck. Call again. No answer. Call again. No answer. My fiancé calls. Then they pick up. The owner was definitely dodging my calls because he had my number on file. They proceeed to tell her they got tied up at another job and will call me when theyre on their way. 7:30 comes we call again. Said the driver would contact me right away. No call. We call again. Finally get through. Driver calls and says hell call me back when he puts my address in the gps. No call. Call back and get through. Said they wont be able to get there until 9:30 at night! A job that was supposed to start at 1 and theyre telling me now 9:30. They said they would compensate us for our time. We finally had enough and told them to cancel our service and would refund the $65 fee (obviously not expecting that back so I just cancelled it on my credit card) and when we requested to cancel the owner abruptly hung up on us. Zero customer service. Zero class. No professionalism what so ever. Everyone beware of these scam artists! The other reviews are all BS saying these guys are good...this is real life with these jokes. Called college hunks hauling junk at 8:30PM at night and got through to someone and they did our move at 8AM the very NEXT day. Do NOT waste your time with these frauds! What a joke of a business if you can even call it that. We truly believe this is a big scam and were not the only ones who seem to have felt for it. Youve all been warned. Pay the extra money to hire real professionals.

After weeks of the not returning our calls, its time to start leaving reviews. They had a chance to fix this, but chose to ignore us. #1 They arrived on the wrong day. They were exactly 24 hours early which means we were not ready. We had not yet disassembled the furniture or packed everything in boxes. We had to either use them a day early, or not get our stuff out in time since they were booked on the day we actually needed them. First mistake was agreeing to move a day early when we werent ready. #2 They had really inexperienced movers that didnt know how to disassemble bed frames, or move furniture without damaging it. This added to the move time exponentially (you are charged by the hour.) #3 They damaged a $4,000 bedroom set to the point it cant be repaired. They offered to have their furniture restoration expert repair it.. He never called back. #4 THEY ROBBED US. They stole a watch and tablet, admitted it, and returned it later. Not sure what else is missing. Havent been able to locate a ring. Who knows what else they took that they didnt catch. Finally.. After all is done, they only agreed to take an hour off of the move. We probably should have had the police involved. Only a full refund would be fair, but the furniture was worth so much more. I tried to help a small business and regret this mistake so much.

They are great! I scheduled on Wednesday for a move on Sunday morning and everything went great. The movers got there within the timeframe ready to work, they were very careful with everything and not one thing was broken or dropped. The guys were super nice too and had great attitude. I noticed that they charged me wrong because I pre-paid for 1 hour when I made the deposit and the movers processed the invoice for the full time they worked during the move. I paid the invoice immediately without realizing they didnt take off the 1 hour I had already paid for, I called the next morning to let them know about the issue and within 30 mins they had already returned me the money. Definitely great local company and would 100% recommend this guys did a great job!

Overall I was very happy with the move. The movers were super fast and efficient, while being gentle with my things. They were also polite and well mannered. One major thing I loved was that they were very flexible and respected that if Im paying for 2 hours, I should be able to do 2 hours worth of moving. Other movers looked for ways to try to take unwarranted money off me, but not these guys. They are very honest. Ill definitely move with them next time I need movers. And Ill be sure to tell all my friends!

Overall this will turn out to be a five-star experience with affordable family movers. Had some scheduling conflict from the original plan so the move ended up take longer than originally planned. They did took care of me very well because of that. Movers did a great job of not damaging any of my furniture and were working hard the entire time even though it is an hourly rate. I would recommend to anyone because of how they handled us as customers and because they have the cheapest rates in town.

Moving company was very good. All the movers were on time as we spoke earlier. They were very nice guys I had a little chat with them. And I saw that they are very professional actually, the luggage was very well secured, their main goal was to move everything safe and with no damaged or broken stuff.
