I could not be more unhappy or insulted. We called and had a clearly unhappy man come out to do our estimate. He gave us an estimate of 3-4 hours as long as we were packed. He also, when asked assured me that all of my belongings would be "fully insured and packaged by the staff." This was an outright lie. Not only were they NOT covered, the ACTUAL insurance they offer requires item cost to be quoted. This was not done nor offered even when specifically asked will my belongings be protected. They cover a minimum of .60 per lb of damaged goods. To a maximum of $4 per lb of damaged goods. Their two lackeys, who also clearly dont enjoy their job damaged not one but BOTH of my Bowers and Wilkins 684 floor standing speakers. These cost $600 PER speaker. $1200 in damage. They crushed very fragile aluminum dome tweeters at the top. After filing a damage report and being told I would not be fully covered I called the manager. Carlo, who clearly didnt give two ***** about what had happened. He said I signed a contract (after being lied to) and that they have the right to repair it and consider the case closed. Regardless of my satisfaction. Keep in mind, they think their ghetto *** repairman can replace .33mm thick spherically shaped machined aluminum in a Nautilus tweeter. 99% of humans have never even SEEN said tweeter (its shaped like an aircraft engine) let alone know how to fix one, and do so to the same degree as one of the finest speaker manufacturers in the world. Fat chance. Add to that, they missed their estimate by an entire two hours. I understand an estimate is an estimate. 30 minutes, fine. But by two hours? $256? I lived in a 650sq one bedroom FULLY BOXED AND PACKED apartment. Maybe if they had moved a little faster theyd hit their mark, and lastly, it gets worse. The ONE item I didnt pack was my sleep number mattress. We were told theyd bring a box. They didnt. They showed up at 830 so we opted to wake up around 7:45 and be ready for them. Packing services are included in the $128 an hour I was quoted. They had one item to pack, and they blew it. The remote used to inflate my sleep number bed was sitting on our nightstand and is now nowhere to be found. Which means that after my girlfriend and I moved into our beautiful new apartment, together, we had a horrible day, and she spent the night on the couch while I slept on a hardwood floor, as there is no way to inflate a sleep number bed without said remote. After paying $692 on an estimate under $500, after losing $1200 to damages, and now needing to replace a $120 sleep number remote, I am left speechless. Carlo the manager has not returned any of my phone calls after our first discussion, and I have nothing else I can do aside from notifying the better business bureau to hopefully steer people away from this service. This will accomplish nothing, but at least I can pretend that I could do SOMETHING in response to the utterly despicable service I received.

I submitted a very detailed request for a quote yesterday. Joe called me almost immediately and I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to help. He provided me with a fast and professional quote. To move a 3 bedroom home about 40 minutes was $1200+ which included a $250 service/trip fee. This was the 2nd highest quote I received. I get it because you usually get what you pay for right? The issue is that 34 hours have passed and I have not received 1 bit of follow up and I requested it for this AM. I am sure they do a great job but I took my business elsewhere to a company that followed up with me this AM per my request.

Fantastic experience. I was a little hesitant to use their services, just because the "2 men and a truck", in black and white letters is a bit dull on their truck; yes I judged a book by its cover.However, the 2 gentleman did an amazing job,better than I expected. From start to finish, they took care of my items as if it was their own. They also asked me where I would like each of my items in the new place. They really made me happy that I decided to do business with them. I will not only use then again, but I will also recommend to my family, friends, and colleagues. Thanks again, to Ron and Larry.

Very happy with the move we had with Two Men and a Truck. The two men arrived on time and were very methodical in wrapping up our furniture for transport. They were also incredibly accommodating with my picky requests (i.e., moving a dresser a foot to the right, adjusting an arm chair, that kind of thing). There were two small damages to the furniture but I am not docking them any "stars" since I think that kind of thing is inevitable. Finally, the two men kept a smile on their face the ENTIRE time, which also helped keep US in a good mood (moving is stressful, amiright).

Overall it was a great experience. I booked a moving in a short notice and they accomodated me. The movers actually call me 1 1/2 hours earlier than the scheduled time to let me know they were ready sparing me of having to waste my whole afternoon waiting. Daniel and Zain (our movers) were fast, efficient, very careful and friendly. True proffesionals. The final cost was within the projected estimate so no surprises. Im very happy and would use them again.

Called the day before yesterday spoke to an agent she took all my information and assured that early next day I would get a manager confirming my move. I scheduled the move to be at 11:30am its 10 am and no call. Spoke to another agent and mentioned that they are fully booked and that she is sorry. Ok? Im stuck, without movers, urgently have to start looking ASAP but, youre sorry. I rather find "professionals" on Craigslist

Unfortunately, had short notice to schedule the move, but Jade made it happen. Jonathon and Kelby arrived on time and were very professional and answered all questions. These guys were great with our move! The only thing I wasnt crazy about was that an estimator had to come to the house and do an estimate of how much time it would take and how much it might cost. I would have been happy with just a per hour rate. Other than that they were very helpful.
