There are not enough thanks to give Integrity Moving for all their help....and much of it was not even part of the job. If you are moving or need help unpacking/packing this is the business to go to. I moved to Asheville and the house I was moving into was not ready. Arranged through Integrity to have someone come to help unload the moving truck into storage. Met Erin at U Haul (worst ever folks at U Haul on Tunnel Road) and had to tell him they did not have a storage space in the size I needed. Erin and the gracious and helpful lady at Integrity called around to find me a storage unit. Mind you it was after 6 PM. They found a place in Weaverville and I followed Erin to Reems Creek Storage. The owner of the storage place came down after hours to rent the storage unit. On top of all this, the lady from Integrity also came to help unload. I am sorry I cant remember her name nor the piece of paper I wrote her name on. I will be using them to move my stuff out of storage and into my house. They get 10 stars for helpfulness, graciousness, kindness, and the best customer service I have ever encountered. To use anyone else would be foolish!

I just called Integrity Movers to get a quote for a local move in a few weeks- Rebecca answered the phone and was incredibly rude and sarcastic. I told her that I needed to move on the 31st of this month and she said that they were booked. My move is flexible so I asked when they were available. She became very sarcastic and said, "So the moving company gets to pick when you move? Thats kind of wild." She then would not give me an available date and proceeded to tell me that they did not do local moves- only long distance moves because local moves were not worth the time and labor. She then hung up on me and when I tried to call back she did not answer. I am not one to typically leave reviews for companies or complain about a negative experience but I was blown away by the lack of customer service I received from Rebecca and Integrity Movers- I will use Asheville Area Movers instead for my upcoming move.

This "moving" company doesnt deserve a single star. But in order to submit my review i have to give them one. (Google, you really need to change that) But anyways, about this so called "Moving" company. By far the worst moving company EVER!!! Paid a $100 dollar deposit to do a small move and they never showed up. I called for a week straight to confirm, left numerous messages and not once was my call returned. When i finally got in touch with Rebecca she stated she couldt talk because she was on a job and asked to call her back within the hour. I called back and again no answer then by some miracle she called and literally only let my phone ring once and hung up. I called back immediately and got her voicemail again. I continued calling and leaving messages but no luck getting in contact with her. NEVER in a million years will i ever call her to do a move. This was the first and LAST time!!!!!

I scheduled and paid a deposit for this company for a specific date and time. We needed to have our truck unpacked and moved by the end of the day since it was an apartment complex. After a half hour past the decided time I called the company. She told me she would look into it. After another hour and a half I called again and I was told that the movers walked off the job and she had no one to send to help us (I truly hope that was the truth). She did refund my deposit but left us in a bit of a pickle. Fortunately I called another company and they sent people within the hour to help us get unloaded. I choose two stars rather than one because I got my deposit back.

Joe and another gentleman skillfully moved a large quantity of furnishings from my clients home into a 10 by 15 storage unit. They brought their own large truck and secured the items within perfectly. The move went without a hitch. The guys were patient, strong, and really smart about moving. They definitely are some moving experts. One more way in which Joes Handy Helpers has been awesome is their flexibility. My client changed her mind about the moving date a few times. Rebecca, who schedules the moves as well as assisting with packing when needed, was extremely gracious and easy going about cancelling and rescheduling.

I highly recommend Joes Handy Helpers for your next move. My husband and I hired two movers for our recent move to a 3rd floor walk-up apartment in downtown Asheville. Joes team expertly unloaded our entire UHaul truck and moved us in completely in under 2 hours. I could not believe it! These guys hustled the entire time and took great care with our furniture- especially several large antique pieces. I just cant say enough good things about this company. You can truly tell the difference between these guys and the big generic moving companies-- Joes Handy Helpers CARES and want to make your move as enjoyable as possible.

I have moved more than anyone I know, so I speak from experience. It is with utmost respect that I recommend Joes Handy Helpers. Rebecca in the office squeezed us in to the schedule happily. The guys showed up 10 minutes early, patiently and respectfully. They got right to work and worked hard and professionally. They are strong, careful and know what they are doing. Without a doubt I will call the, for anything I need along the lines of heavy lifting or careful moving in the future. Do Not Hesitate to call them.

These guys moved us three times - from a moving truck to storage; from storage to a house; and from a house to an apartment. Every time it was: show up, start packing/unpacking, no breaks, they wouldnt even take a Sprite we bought them. Basically show up and work until the load was done. Excellent job.

This is the best Asheville local moving company. The company is professional and thorough when moving your belongings. They move your things into your home effectively while keeping your doorways and walls damage free. The movers are very respectful to the customers and make sure the job is done properly.
