Dear Kim, Thank you so much for taking care of our internal move in Fairview as well as our move from Cashiers to Fairview. Both went extremely well! You and Jeremy were very kind, informative, and certainly answered all of our questions. Since we had different gentlemen helping for each move I would like to include two separate letters to compliment your staff so that everyone that helped us can get credit. 1) The internal in Fairview: Will and Jeremy were wonderful…they could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were extremely thorough, courteous, and promptly took care of every detail. I was impressed with how they communicated with one another as they carried heavy or awkward furniture….always succinct and in low tones. They were very kind and respectful to one another. I would imagine in the moving business you don’t always find men speaking in casual tones as they lift heavy loads! I was very pleased with the end result and all of their efforts…and was hoping to have them return for the next move….we did get Will! 2) The move from Cashiers to Fairview This was a two day/two truck/four man effort! The wonderful men who helped us were John, Will, Dwayne and Nick on the first day and then Will, Dwayne, Glen and Jason on the next. They were “all” very communicative, helpful, and courteous…. gentlemen in everyway. They were very upbeat and pleasant throughout the day and were always trying to please while working extremely hard. Once again I have to compliment not only their strength and endurance but their communication with each other….we had some heavy furniture! Everyone pulled their share of the work hour after hour and there were no slackers in this bunch of guys! They did an outstanding job and somehow made the entire experience extremely pleasant. Please thank each of them for us…we truly enjoyed getting to know such terrific gentlemen. We are very pleased with the move from beginning to end and if ever we move again we would only use Two Men and a Truck. We would also be happy to be a reference to any future customers if needed. Used them in September. Filled out their involved checklist beforehand, movers never used. Never told about the $100 truck fee in multiple phone conversations beforehand with Lou Ann. 1 mover was very studious and careful, other mover (older guy) scratched my laminate flooring after I told him not to drag furniture across the floor; had to have repaired before my walk through ($50). Turned my dressers upside down to move, broke stuff inside. Broke my venetian blinds at new place ($15). Broke my two year old $300 glass dining room table and didnt tell me about it. They only offered $65 and it took weeks of haggling to get the check and only $100 for it (Apparently I only opted for basic coverage because I was not offered, nor told that there were other options, it was just one of the many things I was told to sign here) Really wasnt worth the $400 I paid for two hours, considering it cost me my $300 dining set. So I guess you could say those two hours cost me $750.

Two Men and A Truck did a wonderful job moving us! Byron did a fantastic job packing all of our china, crystal, artwork and accessories! On the actual day of the move it went very smoothly and they successfully moved half of our stuff into an apartment and the other half into a storage unit. I could not believe the strategic placing of items in the storage unit, they fit 5 times the amount of stuff in there that I could have fit! We will definitely use Two Men & Truck again soon!

Two extremely professional, helpful, team members, Scott and Justin did our move. It was a partial move and they knew that upon arrival. We went through the house reviewing things that stayed and went. They were careful moving the furniture around, packing was thorough and they kept asking is this alright, what else can we do and other helpful questions. They were pleasant, funny and most important very skilled at what they were doing.
