Unable to accommodate any of the delivery or pickup days I requested. They delivered the wrong size initially, and I had to leave my workplace on lunch to return home and take the lock off/unpack the first one they delivered so they could change it out. Then, the driver had the gall to call me and tell me that switching them out was going to be difficult (his own fault), so he wanted to leave the new one IN THE STREET instead of the driveway (yeah, the HOA would have LOVED that), and I had to convince him (again, while at work as he called me about 5 times that day) to please put the new one in the driveway, ya know, where I had originally requested it be left and where the first one that he delivered incorrectly was left. We ended up not even being able to use the Pod properly because they could not accommodate any of the pick up dates I requested (the soonest available they had was a week out) and the "branch managers" never responded to the requests of the only call center I could contact, so we had to end up moving everything by UHaul anyway and leave the Pod at our old house after it was closed and sold to someone else. It was picked up a few days later, much to the chagrin of the new owner, so I ended up paying for everything for a month just for it to sit in my driveway. A total waste of time, money, and effort. I would not recommend.

The Delivery and pick up guys were very professional. It ending up costing me MORE than I thought it should. Extra charges were taken out of my Bank Account without my knowledge; I cancelled my Bank Card IMMEDIATELY as soon as this happened the 2nd time. The large bin was delivered filthy. The delivery guy watched as I had to sweep the trash and litter out from the last shiftless, lazy, idiot, that thinks its OK to Leave it for someone ELSE to clean up after my lazy ass. Unbelievable, and disgusting. No one CHECKS these things before they deliver them? Most probably wouldnt use the services of this company again, especially knowing how many MILLIONS this Co got sold for, and they couldnt even clean the thing, or stop TAKING money out of my Bank Account. NO MORE money of MINE do they need nor will they get.

AWFUL. Read the fine print. Returned the PODS in the middle of a prepaid billing cycle and was told there is no pro rated refund, which was about $150 in my case. When I called about it I caught an attitude from the CSR too. I had a free re-delivery inside of 20 miles as part of the promo I used when I rented it. I needed it delivered about 75 miles instead and was quoted $1400 for 2 PODS. Inside of 20 miles - free - but 75 miles from Tampa to Orlando was $1400. Should have hired a professional mover - could have got it done for less than PODS for sure. Used them seven years ago and didnt have the hassles I had this time - stay away from these losers and tell all of your friends. Run Forest Run.

My experience with PODS was a pleasant and satisfying one from start to finish. Everything went off absolutely perfectly. As far as I am concerned, this is the absolute best way to move your belongings. It is a convenient and secure way to make a move. You dont have to rush on moving day. You just relax and take your time. I moved my stuff 1500 miles and had zero issues. I would not hesitate for a minute to use PODS again and I would enthusiastically recommend PODS to anyone who is planning a move. Thank you PODS, for safely and securely relocating my life!

My furniture was damage from storing in the PODS. They did not pick up the container when schedule and left it for 4 days on the driveway. I had to reschedule new furniture delivery because the pod was in the way. Everytime we call - we sit on hold for at minimum of 10 min just to get someone on the phone. No one has called us back on the damage furniture. I would not use again and dont recommend. Not worth it. I will move and put in the local storage if ever needed. Totally inconvenience from this company and the service is poor.

Got a quote of $265 and some change Delivery to home and moving it to a new location 235 miles away. Then a cost of $165 a month for 6 months for renting the POD. Travis Jasper is now nowhere to be found. Will not return calls. and the new price of $1200+. Customer service is not their strong suit. Not really what I wanted to hear when Im 1 day out of moving. And to add insult the $1200 quote is for a 7ft. not a 16ft. The bed of my truck is bigger.

This company has no consideration for others. I called this morning to see if the PODS that was being delivered to someone in our apartment complex could not be placed in front of our building. Customer service said they do as the customer pleased. Unfortunately we already have limited parking and I was told that they would not move it further back where nobody parks. They do not have any consideration for the inconvenience of others.

My PODS experience was excellent. The door was a little hard to open and close but other than that everything was as promised. We were intending to have them deliver it to our new location so we could empty it there, but to deliver it about 90 miles they wanted to charge us $1,200! So we had it delivered back to the house and had the movers move it (cost about $500).

I liked that I could get my belongings packed and loaded myself, didnt have to unload and reload since everything was stored in the PODS container, and when I needed my "stuff" back it was returned to my new address. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and the process was convenient for me.

Set up the first pick up and it wasnt picked up. Ended up staying in the driveway of my former residence while they had new tenants moving in. Cust svc couldnt help even after I told them I received emails confirming the pick up date.
