No words can express my gratitude I’m feeling right now! I received a call at my job today from my girlfriend stating that her sister I law locked her car doors with her baby inside while the car was running with the ac on. My girlfriend was frantic! So I look up a car lock smith on Google and came across this company. When I called, I said I had an emergency and provided them with the details of the situation. The employee at this company said he was only 6 miles away. When he arrived he was able to resolve the issue. He left me a message telling me that, there was no need to pay. As of now! I would recommend this business to my family and friends. They demonstrated that family takes high importance than money. How honorable and reliable this company is. I called Brandon Locksmith because he was a local small business. I had several locks that had to be rekeyed and a couple that needed to be replaced. Rodney came to my house the same day I called. He did the work in a professional manner. Rodney waived the service fee and charged a flat fee for his work. A few weeks later I thought there was an issue with one of the locks and called Rodney. He happened to be nearby and was at my house within 10 minutes. He took the lock off and inspected it and put new parts in it. There was NO additional charge. This man stands behind his work 100%. Service is important in this world, and Rodney is definitely service orientated. I would use Brandon Locksmith again for any lock work I have, and whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith. Jeff Mars.

I googled Brandon Locksmith and first found adds for locksmiths charging $19 dollars. I scroll down to the list of local businesses and called Brandon Locksmith first. When I spoke to Rodney he gave me his price which was higher than those other adds I saw. I mentioned that and he explain that those were gimmicks and he confidently encouraged me to call them and ask if it was the flat rate. Sure enough they were hidden charges for transportation time, and equipment and other misc. garbage resulting in a total much higher than his quote. Rodneys welcoming professionalism traveled from the phone to the door. He arrived promptly and went quickly to work. Even the conversation was an enjoyable add in, free of charge. It was approximately close to 7pm and I was just returning home from doing some grocery shopping after a long day at work. It was at that time that I was pulling in to park that I realized I had left my keys in my office desk. With no spare key available and no one available to assist me from my apartment complexs maintenence department, I was able to reach out to Brandon Locksmith. In roughly 20min Rodney, was able to find my location, assess the situation, and ultimately find a solution to gain access to my apartment. Very honest and professional. Definitely personable. If youre locked out, this is the man to call. Rodney thanks for saving my groceries and quite a few other expenses over being locked out of my apartment for one night. Keep up the great work.

Superman a/k/a Rodney literally rescued our baby. At the gas station this evening around 7pm, we locked our keys in the truck while our baby boy was still inside! Luckily the air conditioning was running and the baby was comfortable, but his mommy was an absolute wreck nonetheless. I called Rodney and he was there within 12 minutes. He worked fast and had our door unlocked in a jiff. Rodney was a class act. He understood the nature of the situation and could not have provided better service under the circumstances. I got out of my car at the vet first thing in the morn as I had a kitty I found on side of road that was hit by car. So I ran up to door to see if the vet was open and shut the truck door locking both the keys and the kitty in car. I called Rodney and he responded asap.. He unlocked my truck - and even got the injured kitty out of my car and into a box. And the very very best thing was he did this on his own time..thats right..hes an animal lover and no charged the call.. Thank You Rodney.. Hope I dont need locksmith service again, but if I do.. Rodney was very professional and responsive. I needed a new front door lock installed and he locally purchased the set and installed it on my schedule. He clearly knew what he was doing and was very courteous. He even provided me with a solution to re-key my locks that saved me part of the service call cost. This is a locally owned business and not one of the "bait and switch" organizations that pop up first on your search list. I highly recommend using Brandon Locksmith.

Left 2 spare keys in a bedroom and was unfortunately locked out, then I started my Google search after trying multiple times of getting the door unlocked DIY style. Came across Brandon locksmith and I must say it was very pleasant that Rodney came out of his way very quickly and was very informative on the prices! No hidden fees or service call fee!
