My wife and I moved here to Titusville and needed our locks changed. A1 sent a technician to get the job done fast. We also had a floor safe that we needed the combo for its use. The technician took the tumbler mechanism and said he would have to work on it at the shop. Another technician, Matt, came back later with the tumbler and the combo. While he was here, we had a few more lock problems to be addressed. These problems were done by the next day. Overall, A1 has been thorough, professional and reliable. We were more than pleased with the results of their work. We were also suprised with the very affordable prices for all their labors. If you ever need a locksmith service, A1 should be your first choice.

I dont usually spend time writing reviews, but this has been a surprisingly delightful experience. Just purchased some descent locks for my trailer and that same day I accidentally locked the keys inside. Called A-1 around 4:30, they close at 4:45. The guy tells me that if I can pull the trailer to his shop first thing in the morning he can get me unlocked. I show up first thing and the main guy there (never got his name) comes over and unlocks my trailer in less than 30 seconds. He saved my new locks as well. The price was also unbelievable, more than fair. Professional, curtious, and more than welcoming. Hopefully I never need their services again, but if I do then this is the place to go.

So we decided that it was time to replace the deadbolt on our house to a more secure one. After hours of struggle trying to install this lock, my fiance and I came to the conclusion we needed professional help. We called A-1 locksmith here in town. Not only did they come out the very next day (to our surprise), they arrived exactly at the time promised (another surprise) and the gentleman who did the install was super nice, very professional, and obviously cared about the task at hand. I was more than satisfied with our experience. In addition, they also charged much less than we had anticipated.

I had a key made for my scooter it worked fine for a few weeks then the key broke off in my ignition and stranded me in the middle of nowhere and I coudnt get to work and got fired from my job and I ran out of gas and could not get gas cause it takes the same key. I dont trust this locksmiths keys
