I bought a chainsaw there recently. The salesman, Eric, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He let me try the saw and gave me a lot of helpful advice before buying it. After taking the saw home and using it for approx 1 hour, the saw locked up on me. Because the usual suspect in a situation like this is a stupid operator who ran straight gas in the saw( I swear to God, I ran the correct mix), I was prepared for a big battle to get this covered under the warranty. After contacting the salesman, I brought the saw back and was given a new one without any trouble. Eric is the man and deserves a raise given how much money I now plan on spending on Ace!

All the employees are friendly and helpful. I always come here to get keys copied. Recently I went to Home Depot AND Lowes and the keys they made for me did not work. Went to Ace and they got em right on the first try!

Ingersoll was my all time favorite store. The Ace that replaced it isnt bad. It offers the same services, has a bigger selection. A little harder to get solid advice as not every employee is super knowledgeable.
