They dont actually come out themselves they sent another company by the name ACME which is racist to Blacks... DO NOT PAID THEM MONEY UNLESS YOU KEY WORKS!!!! They dont like refunding. I myself had to have the police get involved... call some other locksmith trust me if it wasnt so bad I wouldnt wasted my time writing to warn you. DON"T LET THE 5 STARS FOOL YOU LIKE IT DID ME!!!!!!!!!

Very poor work got the door unlocked left the broke off lock in the door and closed the door resulting in it being stuck again was in a hurry left his wife in the car with it running the entire time . Will never call them again called the company back and the person answering the phone was very rude !

Technican was threatening to my friend who had hired their services. Went from 0 to 100 over a lock that did not work. Was told "I know where you stay and I will send people to your home". Along with threats the technican threw racial slurs over the phone. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely rude! They took my money and gave me a key that didnt even work. When I called them to let them know the problem they used ever curse word in the book towards me. My credit card company is working to get my money back. Do not use this company!!

Very helpful, I locked myself out of my apartment, and tried everything to get in, without luck. I called the lovely guys at spartanburg locksmith, they got here fast, and got me inside for a fair price. Will definitely call them again :)
