A truly wonderful experience! Called and made an appointment to have the front door lock replaced with a new electronic lock. As I work during the day, I asked the technician to give me a call 20 minutes prior to arriving so that I could meet them at the house. As promised, the technician called when he was 20 minutes away and arrived promptly. This seems like a small thing, but for some reason very few companies are able to get this right! Once on site the technician diligently and carefully removed the existing lock and began installing the new lock. As the new lock was an electronic lock with a higher security rating, a new strike plate and reinforcement plate needed to be added. This was done as required and no corners were cut by the technician. Additionally, the technician carefully installed the new electronic lock and even took the time to research and contact the manufacturer when questions arose regarding the programming of the lock! Simply outstanding! After everything was assembled and put together, the technician cleaned the area and wiped everything done, leaving the work area in better shape than he found it. All in all a complete class act!

I called 5 other locksmiths in my area to help with a transponder key for my vehicle. Everybody wanted to charge close to $300 for a new one if not more. I was in disbelief when I found out that A Square Deal could make me a new key for less than $200. I met the tech at the service place that my car was at and it took him maybe 15 min and I had a new key for $125. The buttons on my old key still worked I just could not start my car so the new key didnt have any buttons but was what I was looking for in the price range that I had available at the moment. I wish I had known about A Square Deal when my fiance lost the keys to his Mustang that he had only had for about a month. Excellent customer service, awesomely priced and took no time at all. I will definitely call again for anything I might need in the future.

My experience with A Square Deal Locksmith was an extremely pleasant one. When I lost my ONLY key to my vehicle I was in a major panic! I called A Square Deal Locksmith and was greeted with a very friendly voice. They collected information about my vehicle and scheduled to meet me the same day. The man who arrived was very courteous, professional, and on time. He had my key cut upon arrival and it took him only a few minutes to program the key. He had me test the key before leaving to make sure I didnt have any problems. The entire transaction from start to finish went very smoothly. I would highly recommend A Square Deal Locksmith to anyone who is looking for a reliable locksmith who treats their customers in a friendly and courteous manner!

Needed a 2 transponder keys cut and programmed for a 2005 Toyota 4Runner. The cost quoted by the dealership to do this was ridiculous, so I called A Square Deal and scheduled an appt. After attempting to program the keys, Jim & Ellie determined that the key I had was a valet key which required a complete reset of the vehicle control module. Jim & Ellie explained everything they did and were very professional.The charge for their services was 1/3 of what the dealer quoted me! I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude to the office staff and the tech who came out and serviced our business for a lock change on 12/8/16. Just a few weeks before the holiday and they responded very promptly during this busy time of the year. The tech came out and was very courteous and had identified an issue with one of the mechanisms in the lock. Instead of just saying there was nothing who could do he disassembled the lock and repaired. Nothing more satisfying then to have a company come out and you have the expectation of "I hope nothing goes wrong" and they surprise you with making it all perfect.

Stood me up twice! Called on Monday, the admin said they would be out that afternoon or Tues morning... nothing, no call. Called back (politely, everyone deserves a second chance) on Wednesday, the admin apologized and told me, again, that afternoon or Thursday morning... nothing, no call. Additionally, they quoted me at $65 service call and $15 per cylinder (I had 4 cylinders) totaling to $125. I called Ace Lock and Key, quoted me $55 for the entire job and came out same day! Highly recommend them!

Great people. Great service. Great price! Very professional. — I bought a 1-year-old used car that came with only 1 remote/flip-key. I ordered a blank, unprogrammed/uncut key/fob combo online from a reputable company, but I had to have it cut and programmed locally. Square Deal Locksmith did it very quickly, on the spot, and charged 30% LESS than other local locksmiths quoted. I will do all my lock & security system business with Square Deal from now on.

You cant find better, reliable and honest service than A square Deal. The front door, which is glass, of my business(KCs Big Dipper) got caught by the wind and broke the top hinge. The bolts where pulled right through the aluminum frame. We called A Square Deal and Jim was there in 30 minuets and that was at 5PM on a Saturday. They have done other work for me and I stand by them 100%.

Really awesome guy they sent out to make my key. I told the guy I didnt have enough cash after he said the price and that Ive been going thru some rough spots in life and what not and you told him how much I had in my pocket and he said u know what, Im gonna help you out. I guess the moral of this story is that there is still nice people out there. Thanks a lot for helping me out.

Great experience and would recommend to anybody! Basically I ended up locking myself out of my mattress one store and decided to give A square deal lock smith a call. They answered on the first attempt and arrived right on time as they said they would. The process was fast and painless! Good reasonable price as well and they definitely helped me out!
