Its the worst ever! My husband lost his keys while he was at the mall so we called locksmith to get a key made, this was in April 19th so after the guy made the key it worked so we went home, the next day the key wouldnt work so we called the tech he came he hooked it to his computer and got it to start. My husband left that same day it did the same thing. So my husband changed his battery thinking it was that, but no. He even bought a new starter had a mechanic look at the car, the mechanic says theres nothing wrong with the car its the key. Ive calling locksmith since then and every time they keep giving me the run around. Thats not how you do business. Worst experience ever!!

I had been struggling with getting my keys out of my car for the last 2 days and because I knew my money wasnt so great I tried many diy methods to open the car up to no avail. Finally I gave up and decided to do a quick research and found US locksmith in my Google search, thank goodness I called. I spoke with Crystal and she was very encouraging given my situation , she was very motivating. With in a short amount of time Tom came out and open the doors for me in a jiffy. Over all I am glad I spoke with Crystal and have my car unlocked. Great people great prices and experience.

I cannot say enough about how great this company is. Tom the owner was amazing and really helped me out in a time of need. I lost my car key on a SUNDAY and he was more than willing to help. He was able to accommodate me not being able to get my vehicle to his location. Literally 15 minutes after I called I was getting my key cut. They have the best prices you can find anywhere and the best customer service. All the other companies I dealt with were money hungry and rude. They definitely have a customer for life. Knowing me Ill be back again!!!

My locksmith Tech Nick was super amazing, he was on time, very efficient, very helpful, very reasonable with the price. Also he explained to me how to keep my locks in good condition, help me out with a cabinet in my house I mean this is a all around guy. Amazing service. We called on a Sunday afternoon and Nick called us back after we spoke to the phone operater in about 2 minutes. Nick was able to come to our house 20 minutes later (in the time that he guaranteed). He helped us out at a fair price, helped us change the lock, and even gave us recommendations for our garage. Terrible service particularly from Tom, the owner. Would not give any update on the order arrival date after being 2 WEEKS LATE! The wrong product arrives and expects the customer to pay for shipping and re-stocking fee. Advised that I "Should take it up with the manufacturer" Calls himself an expert yet cannot determine if lock will work. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR DEPOSIT $!

Crystal is a God-send, she is friendly, knowledgeable, and wont even let you buy the key youre copying without trying it out first! Honestly, I dont know what took me so long to find this place, and now I dont know what I would do without it.

Had a great experience. I called another locksmith the first time who was unable to do the job and also messed up the bike making it more difficult for the next locksmith. But this locksmith was able to fix the problems created by the previous locksmith and rekey the bike. He was very fast and didnt take long to arrive and start working.
