If I could give them less than one star I would. My husband scheduled an appointment with them Friday, they came out and spent most of the day there and still could not program the new key to the car, killed our battery in the process of trying to turn the car over multiple times. Then leaves with my husbands driver license and bill of sale to the car after telling my husband to have the weekend guy come out because he is not very good at programming the keys tot he cars computer. Husband calls their office and was told that he was supposed to be charging his battery and that the guy was going to come back that day. Huge question for me, How the heck is a man supposed to charge his battery when he is stuck at home with no car? The guy never came back and never called. So now my husband has taken a second day off work waiting for this guy to show up. I will up date the results of their seriously crappy customer service, communication issues and if they actually have the ability to program keys for very common vehicle. Over an hour this morning, second day, they killed the battery again and then expected my husband to pay for a key that will not start our car. AND the latest, they want us to pay for a key that does not work...

They have on their door that they open at 9am. I waited until 9.15am, then called. A lady answered, told me she was at Staples, so for me to come back later. I dont think so! Extremely poor customer service, asking your customers to come back later. Time is money lady, and openi gshoirs are openings hours. You can go shopping in your own time. Sorry.

I made an appointment with them to come out and replace some locks. They told me they would be out mid-morning. So after waiting around all morning for them to show up they call me at 11:30 to tell me that they dont service Hillsborough County. Very poor customer service; they should have turned down the job when I made the appointment.
