After putting it off for far too long, I finally on a whim asked Doug to go out to our home to check our doors due to our front door handle pretty much falling off. Needless to say, we had some pretty significant security concerns. Doug picked up my key within an hour or so of me calling him, went to our house, checked ALL of the exterior doors, not just the one I was concerned about, replaced the bad/broken hardware and rekeyed the locks - all lightning fast; and all the while keeping me updated as to what was going on during the entire process while I was at work. I felt comfortable with Doug being in my home while I was at work and making it secure. He also took care to make sure our cat didnt accidentally get outside while he was working on the doors, which was extremely important to me as a pet owner. Doug is simply stellar and I couldnt recommend him and Lightning Lock Service more highly. Thank you Doug!

Ive known Doug King of Lightning Lock Service for a couple of years, but it wasnt until now that I actually had the need for his services. Well, I probably could have used him before, but I finally got serious about the security of my business and it couldnt have gone more smoothly. Hes very professional, involved in the community, and gave me a lot of great advice to make sure I got the best type of lock for my needs. Its important to me to find someone who is reasonably priced, helpful, available, licensed and insured (I really cant stress that enough). I am without words. Our company office had an emergency that required a server reboot and all the staff is out of town on business. The first three locksmiths I called were unwilling to help because it was such an unusual request. Doug took my call on the first ring and agreed to help. After verifying my identity he was at our office within 30 minutes and I was able to walk him through powering up our server. He saved our asses on this- We will work with noone else. If you need a locksmith for any reason, you wont find anyone more prompt, professional or courteous than Doug.
