Scheduled an appointment for 9:30-10:30 this morning ten days ago. When no one showed by 10:40 I called and left a message. At 11:00 I called again and this time the "nice man" on the phone told me he should be here shortly. I asked him to call the technician and confirm. He called back and said theyd be at my house at 11:15. At 11:45 I called and cancelled. I took the morning off of work. Very unprofessional!

Had an appointment for 10:00 on 5/19/17. Called at 10 to confirm. They said theyd be here between 10 and 12. Called at 12:30 since no one showed. They said theyd be here at 4:00. Called at 4:30 and they said they couldnt make it. Spent the whole day waiting for them. DO NOT USE.
