They orig cut my house key incorrectly, secondly I asked if I could bring in a uncut transponder chip key and they said yes it would only cost $35 to cut my uncut key and program it to my car. (if purchased uncut key and programmed from and by them it was gonna cost about $70) That seemingly upset them, cuz I was trying to save about $25 by purchasing the proper uncut key for a fraction of their cost, but the guy helping me, I cant recall his name, I think it was possibly Arie, but he came up with some long story that it mustve been the master key that I lost and that I only had a valet key left to duplicate and hed have to take the computer outta my car and I would have to leave it there for hrs and it would cost $75. After he cut my uncut key and fooled around in the car for ever and ruining the uncut key he said Id have to come back cuz it was after 5pm by then! I took my orig valet key as he called it, went to walmart had to buy one of their uncut Toyota keys and they didnt even have to get in the car and it still cost $15 less than ABC/US Locksmith and within minutes I had a programmed key and no long story, no waiting and the car started immediately, no troubles! Stay away from these guys! It doesnt appear that they are competent or knowledgeable and all three of them that were in there were actually impatient as if they really didnt want to wait on costumers, and that was displayed all three times I was in that store. They are nothing but trouble, thats the truth, cross my heart and LITERALLY THROW AWAY THE KEY!

We needed a fix to our Ford pickup key. We thought it only needed a new battery but once the battery was installed the employee tried the remote feature and found that the unlock button wasnt working properly. We bought a new key and the employee made sure it worked perfectly before we left. The price was reasonable and the service was thorough making sure we left with what we needed.

After a no show from another locksmith in Greenville I went with ABC. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. The price was AMAZING, because they have an office I could take what I needed done to them instead of paying "no show locksmith" for a trip charge which the total cost was going to be 140% higher then what I paid.

If you need a copy of a key made, dont bother going anywhere else. These cats are phenomenal at what they do and they work quickly. Ive had batches of a key made at other places and had only half of them work. That kind of thing doesnt happen here. I refuse to go anywhere else for my key-related business.

My key got stuck in the ignition of my car and a shop quoted me $500 to get it fixed. I brought it to ABC Locksmiths and Arie took one look and said "Its not the lock." Turns out the shifter was a little loose and he was able to fix it in all of 30 seconds. THANK YOU ARIE! Will recommend to everyone.

Great customer service! Everyone gave me excuses and said they couldnt do it, but Mike (?) did exactly as he said he would and went above and beyond to make sure that my keys worked in all aspects before he left. Great price and great service, I will recommend him to everyone! Thank you soo much!

Excellent service when I needed a key made for my gas tank. Very friendly on the phone, as well as welcoming in the store. 5-10 minutes I was in and out. Highly recommend ABC for future key and lock needs. Very pleased. Also, OTHER STORES quoted me a price 4-5 times what I was charged here.
