The rollers were shot and it was getting to the point that 2 hands were needed to drag the sliding glass door open. After some research, I. discovered I would be able to replace them myself with a replacement kit of rollers maybe 20 to $25. Oh sure and you need a strong friend who is a little handy also. Maids Craigslist call to accompany who said they do that type of work and I left a message. I got a call back within an hour saying they would be here the next business day and give me an estimate. Then I received another call from the technician said actually it was just a handyman Contracting 4A Craigslist company and they really did not do that type of work. On the same day I sent an email message for this company, found on a Google map search. I spoke on the phone to SDRR Inc, and the lady gave me a rough estimate which was about $100 more than the Craigslist slash Angies List guy who could not do it, lol. Although the price seems a little high then I had imagined I figure if you amortize that cost out over the 14 to 15 years the repair would last, the real cost was only 5 cents per day. The wonderful part is Two Guys showed up for the appointment on time and did the entire repair and maybe a little over an hour. I cant tell you how happy I am with their work. Now I understand how they a 5-star rating with a couple hundred reviews comma its very difficult achievement to maintain. Very happy with the result. Jon

On the tenth day of Christmas my true love game to me, a broken lock on our sliding glass door. Yep, right before the holidays our lock stopped locking. We had had Sliding Door Roller Replacement out in June and they did a great and affordable job repairing four sets of sliding doors and replacing two locks for us. They were so honest, they actually suggested that we not fix doors we did not use, just enough for safety purposes in case we needed an emergency exit from the rooms! I was so excited about my doors I made everyone who came over try them out since they slid open and shut so smoothly! Anyway, when our lock stopped working again, they scheduled us immediately and came out at a time/date I suggested. The repair did not even cost us anything as it was still warranty! It only took a few minutes, even with all four of my kids home from school, trying to talk to the repairman and with a dog trying to make a new friend distracting him! He was a great sport and very friendly. Best Christmas Gift is having doors that lock to keep your four kids safe at night. A few days after the repair, the office even called to follow up on the repair. Great customer service and friendly staff!

I could not be happier with the professionalism of this company! I moved to Tampa a couple of months ago. I was having an issue with my sliding glass door and my land lord told me to call this company and to my surprise they were amazing! I spoke with Michelle around 8pm and she had someone over within 30 minutes to fix the door since it was stuck and I could not get it closed. Abraham was very nice and respectful of our home not only did he work after hours to fix it as soon as possible he also took his time cleaning the area of where he was working. Due to it being an emergency situation I am very grateful to Michelle for taking the time out to explain everything to me including all of their licensing and how long they have been in business, she was aware that I have small children in the house and didnt have ample time to do research she helped me look up all of their reviews and licensing online. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Our sliding glass doors rollers and the track on which they rode, long difficult to use, got so bad the entire glass panel started coming off the track when used, which was of course very dangerous. Thinking I needed a new (expensive!) sliding glass door, I called around. Eventually a window/door company suggested I check out Sliding Door Roller Replacement to see if they could fix the problem without having to replace the door. We called and the staff was very helpful. The professional, two-man crew came out within an hour and fixed the problem completely within 30 minutes! I have never had such an easy-sliding glass door--better than new! My wife and I were beginning to think this was a $3,000 or so fix that would take weeks if not months to finish. SDRR did it within a day for mere hundreds!!! Cannot recommend their services highly enough. Its been about 6 months since we used their service, and the door is still working great!

This is the best company for having your doors working like new again! A matter of fact, my doors brand new didnt move as good as they do now! I own the $1.99 cleaners and had them replace the wheels on the doors to my lobby a few months ago. I loved the service and work and dependability so much that I had them do my sliding doors that are at my home today. So consistent and so professional. And they dont use those cheap wheels you find at your hardware stores; the wheels they use are a step above and I couldnt ask for anything better. If you want it done right and done fast call them up. By the way they even give you a 1 year warranty. Youd be a fool to even call anyone else! Thank you Sliding Door Replacement! What a relief, I use to hate my sliding glass door and dreaded opening it. I just wanted the door gone till one day flipping through the home magazine I saw an ad saying they can fix any kind problem with a sliding glass door. Figured I have nothing to lose since I had already accepted the idea to replace the entire door to get relief, I dialed the number and left a message. Someone called me right back and explained all set of options and what I will end up paying. The guys showed up on time, were courteous and got to work right away and in about an hour I could not believe how nicely my crapping door was sliding. Thanks and I will make sure to recommend you guys to anyone who mentions their battles with a badly sliding door.

From the first call, to the reminder call, the arrival and completion of the work was A+. I had three sets of glass doors repairs. Each of them now "work like butter." Very smooth and all the locks work! Replace theses doors would easily be around 10k as two are 8 × 8. All the rollers were replaced, tracks clean and all the locks were aligned for 607.xx. To me thats a great deal as the replacement parts are better than the original. So if I get another 19 plus years from these doors Ill have to say its worth: (((607÷19yrs)÷3doors)÷12mths) or say about .89 a mth. Compared to (((10000÷19yrs)÷3drs)÷12mths=14.62mthly. Thats 16+times cheaper. Adding in that they match the house and "we have a winner!"
