After I called and ask for help from We Do Locksmith, Steve called and said he was on a call already and that he would be here as soon as possible. When he arrived I felt very comfortable and confident that I had called the right company. He got to work immediately and in probably less than 10 minutes I was in my house. Steve also put longer screws in my lock for our safety because the screws we had were from very short to not quite long enough to be called safe. He also told me that I should always use the deadbolt. If all the workers are like Steve I would never hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you Steve for a pleasant experience.

I didnt thank you guys enough so here I am!! I lost the keys to my vehicle the first time I called we do locksmith, Mike came to my rescue and made the key for my 09 bmw 328i... It was affordable compare to what the dealer have offered me, and he didnt make me wait that long until he came. Since I had a very good experience, I called them again to come replace and install brand new locks in my house... And again Im very thankful and really appreciate to know there are honest, geniuen people who work hard and value their costumers!!!!

Quoted $54 then charged double . Was told technician can charge you anything they want . Being taken advantage of since you find yourself locked out of your vehicle alone with no choice but to pay is a awful feeling. I would have called around more and refused to pay the doubled fee but was exhausted from traveling all day. Also they took no ID so if you would like to get into any car it only took maybe 4min. There was no company logo or IDentifying licensing on vehicle seemed shady and it was.

Danny was the best. I had another locksmith flake out. When I called this morning the lady said I will have the technician call you back in 10 minutes. Within 5 minutes Danny called me and said I will be there in 1 hour. 45 minutes later he was here. I had to have another car key made with the buttons that lock and unlock trunk button. He was done in like 20 minutes. Im so glad the other locksmith flaked out. This company was the best. I will always use this company agaig. Thanks again.

Absolutely Impressed with This Company! The Customer Service was absolutely very helpful, Professional and Very Affordable! I was in an emergency situation to Change My House Locks, and within my call and the time the Tech( Locksmith) Showed up, was 20 minutes. Kero was the professional gentleman that showed up and helped me a great deal, even gave me a discount and was very professional as well as honest! I will definitely be using them again! Highly recommend it!

Thieves! If i could rate 0 stars I would. After the guy came to open my home, he broke the lock, and then blamed the lock. I explained that the lock wasnt broken beforehand and he agreed but said "its not our fault, and Ill have to charge you to fix it." Hmmm...my door lock was working, then you used your tool, and carelessly opened it, now its not working and you refuse to fix it unless I pay to have it fixed. Really! Really! You are crooks!

Dash unfortunately convinced me of a higher rate than what was agreed to by my parents and reassured me that it was agreed to by all parties. I originally thought he negotiated this pricing with my parents but it was completely incorrect. He charged me $120 for a simple car lock out which was much higher than what was quoted for a 1 minute job. DO NOT USE this service provider.

i was locked out of my apartment. steve came late at night and i was very upset with having to waste money to have my door opened. steve was professional and calmed me down. he opened the door without a problem. he even stayed around for a while after he was done to make sure i was ok. glad to see people still look out for others and provide good customer service.

Steve was awesome. He got a star for every second it took for him to get the door open. Love the bright orange shirt. ...better so I dont get him confused with a robber. But seriously well worth the 22 dollars per second. He was a lot of laughs and a great sport. I would recommend him to anyone.
