Guy showed up at 11:45pm on a Monday and stayed until after midnight. I had smart lock with an over-tightened screw so he had to drill through, snapping off many drill bits in the process (it was a very annoying lock). Not only did he not charge me extra for that, but actually gave me a great deal on a new lock for next to nothing.

My ALF Access Management System went offline. David from D&M came to our facility same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered and installed replacement power supply next day for a very reasonable price. Very Happy-Highly Recommended!!
