Had 2 special key blade blanks ordered with Dave. Was told it would be "just a couple days before they came in." I asked if I just came back next Saturday--7 days from purchase--if theyd be in? Dave said, "for sure, by then." I called in this morning to make sure the keys Dave sent for were in, was told there was a half dozen of the key blade blanks I needed. Drove in from Clearwater and theyre not there. Apparently they will be in next Tuesday or Thursday at latest. The excuse given: "We did that to save money on shipping." This place is unprofessional and doesnt know how to care for a customer. I told the guy there how much trouble this was, that I drove from Clearwater just to do this errand today, and he didnt even offer to compensate me for the trouble. Just, "well I cant make the keys arrive any quicker." Thanks bud. That really eases the frustration. It just screams incompetence and having some other purpose besides actually giving a good service. Theyre unorganized and uncaring. Negative characteristics I would never want in a company expecting me to trust them with securing my valuables. I was considering buying a safe from them and having it installed before this, but now I think I will be shopping elsewhere. This is not a review of their technical ability or knowledge, this is just about their service standards, something which comes ahead of the prior values in importance.

look i know this company and there is a select few who actually are decent. watch out for major scratches and dents in their safes they will sell it to you new but has been used. when you walk in stay away from the owner if you mention any kind of religion he will sit you down and try and covert. He is a major con artist who rips off peaople and his employees he will sell you something for 50 to 60 percent mark up that he the delivery team joe and rey are awesome they are fast as hell and very professional leaving you with a notion you were taken care of on the delivery side as for the sales men they are lazy one walked away from me in the middle of a sale so i left because he had to take lunch. if you go here expect to wait for service noone one wants to help you they just want your money. my suggestion look online and order and have action move it for you cause that is the only service worth it. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

I was very disappointed in the customer service. Someone else hired them to come into my home and move a safe that the person had purchased from me. A man and a teenager showed up. The man was not very pleasant, and acted like he was in a total rush. Once he got the safe out of the bedroom and was wheeling it towards the door, I saw from my office as the teenager opened up a closed (and latched) door to a different bedroom and looked around. When I brought this to the mans attention, he proceeded to tell me that "hes a trustworthy kid, so Im not worried about it". Well, that is NOT the point. The point is he invaded my privacy and had absolutely NO business looking into that room. I shouldve said something to the kid right there on the spot, but I was too stunned. I am appalled that the man did not even apologize to me, and instead minimized my feelings. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know.

I found a locksmith for life! I stopped by Action lock last week to have an auto chip key cut that I had purchased online due to the high prices at most locksmiths. The technician made an error on cutting the cheap key and it would not start the car. He spoke with the manager and they went ahead and cut a factory ( expensive ) key to replace my key and It worked. The second key was difficult to cut for some reason but they finally got it right. I was afraid to ask how much but they would not take my money because they made me wait so long. Great customer service.

This company moved 2 big Liberty President safes for me from one city to mine a distance of approximately 90 miles one way. I bought the safes from a lady who was very difficult to deal with. These guys were so careful by the time they were done she asked for their card. Move went very smoothly. Staff was anxious to go the extra mile for me and price was fair. Highly recommend.

Worst service I called and ask specifically to buy original best cylinder with 7 pin I was told they have it in stock and will be ready within one hour When I come to pick up the cylinder I get falcon cylinder and 6 pin
