Florida Lock Doctor saved the day !! While working at a private party for Gasperilla 2014 on Bayshore, one of my co-workers got his jacket stolen of which had his car keys in pocket. We searched and searched for a locksmith that could do a micro chip replacement car key and at a reasonable price, but we had very little luck. So my co-worker arranged for one to come out for a crazy amount of money of which would have cost him the days worth of income (13hr shift) to make a replacement key. At the last minute I decided to make one more phone call to a friend through my Church and they recommended me to call Adam at Florida Lock Doctor..so I did. I explained whole situation to him and he was very understanding and wanted to help in any way possible. It didnt seem like I was calling a company, but like calling a friend or family. Even though he was very busy when I called, he arrived within 30mins and made key and only charged us half the price that the other locksmiths were going to charge us. Really came through!! Adam was awesome, he helped out my friend who was stranded with no money. I called with little details, just thinking it was about a factory theft device malfunction. He was polite, professional and empathic to my situation. He didnt try to take advantage of the situation, he actually did some troubleshooting and located the issue. It wasnt even the theft device, turned out the battery was shot. He helped him pop the clutch and got it started, he even followed my friend to see he got on the interstate ok. He went above and beyond and all this at 10 oclock at night. I wasnt present, but he kept me in the loop and even took the payment over the phone. My Hero!! Thank you Adam : )

I wanted to Thank Florida Lock Doctor for their wonderful and prompt work at our home. Our front door handle was broken and when the power went out in our community we could not open the garage door so we were not able to get into our home. I recently locked my keys in my rental car while on vacation. I was pleasantly surprised by the response of the gentleman who helped us from Florida Lock Doctor. He was on another job when we called but gave us an accurate time estimate for when we could expect him. He also called when he was on the way. Adam and Jerry are great. They are the brothers that own the business. We were having constant problems with the locks in our three stores while being serviced by another company. We called The Florida Lock Doctors and they were able to fix the problems quickly, efficiently, permanently, and at a much lower rate. Thank you Florida Lock Doctor!!! Not only did the “other guys” charge me a fortune… they couldnt get me on their schedule for days for warranty work. Adam came by the same-day and repaired the mess the original installers left, and did it very reasonably. I could have $aved almost 50% on the original install if I would have known about Florida Lock Doctor sooner. True customer service is hard to come by these days, and I really appreciate a friendly and honest entrepreneur.

Knowledgeable, well spoken and very professional on the phone. Needed a commercial alarm lock set repaired. Adam told me it would take him few hours to get to me after a couple of calls that came in ahead of me, and ended up showing up within an hour in a half. Told me it would cost about $100 depending on any parts, ended up being $85 and was done in a flash. Cant beat that service and will definitely be calling them in the future. Thanks.
