Gosh, did I need a Tampa Locksmith! Did you lock you keys in your car? I did! I was in a rush to get out of my car for an appointment in Tampa, and boom! Car door closed. Keys inside. Feelings of embarrassment and misery came over me pretty fast. Thankfully, Ive heard of Bob at West Florida Locks. Ive heard him speak before about things to look out for for honesty in locksmiths and Ive heard great things from my friends before. So I picked up the phone and looked up West Florida Locks and got right on the phone with Bob. We came over within 15 minutes, and worked for a few minutes on the lock and got it open! There was no damage to the car at all. And he was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend West Florida Locks for any Tampa Bay Locksmith needs that might come up. Work with someone kind, patient and professional!

I had a townhouse mailbox that needed to be rekeyed because my tenant did not return the mailbox key to me. I did not realize that the markers on several of the mailboxes had been removed making it impossible to tell from looking at them which addresses they belonged to. I also couldnt remember which box it was because my tenant had been living there for about two years, and it had been some time since I last checked the mail. Bob took it upon himself to call the homeowners association and figure out the right box. I was very impressed that he was so proactive in getting the job done. He came out the same day I called and had the job done in about an hour. I will definitely use West Florida Locks again in the future and recommend them whenever I get the chance.

If you want to call around for the best price, look no further. I just moved to Tampa on an extremely tight budget with 3 small children and locked the keys inside of the budget truck rental overnight. I called and Bob gave me a flat rate and came to my residence within 15 minutes. No hidden charges, no problems, nothing. He unlocked the truck in about 6 minutes! He was fast, professional, courteous, and an absolute pleasure! If I am ever in a jam or know anyone that needs a locksmith, you bet your ass that Im going to recommend Bob as my go-to guy. Bob was the absolute best! He changed the locks at our garden center for us and were thrilled with the service. He was prompt and friendly, and went far above and beyond for us. I have zero reservation suggesting you give him a try. Our job was fairly simple, but his truck looked very well outfitted for any size task. I had an excellent experience with Bob!! I had just boughten a new home, I had Bob come over and change all the locks. He was very professional but at the same time he made me feel comfortable as if a friend was helping me out! I felt like Bob was truly looking out for my safely, making sure every lock worked properly and securely! I didnt use this service but I had to call a locksmith when I was locked out of my apartment. Bob was very honest and with just a photo of my lock he told me my lock would have to be drilled and replaced to get me in and the cost. This could not happen since I love in an apartment. Bob contacted me the next day to fillow up because I didnt call back since after my complex resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend and call again if I ever do need a locksmith.

Bob was extremely helpful in getting our locks re-keyed and helping us to reset our Schlage keypad lock. The previous owners of our home rented the house and we didnt have any information on how to reset the keypad on the front door and Bob helped us! I will sleep easier at night knowing all of our locks have been re-keyed by Bob. He was very professional and did an excellent job. His prices are also reasonable. Amazing service is all I can say ! Locked myself out of my office and I called in a panic. Bob and his assistant were across the county and at my location in less than an hour at 10 pm at night !
