my mom called someone else, they told her it would be $15 service fee + $35+ depending on how hard it would be to open...saw Courtesy Lock and Keys website, gave them a call. they charge a flat rate for opening the car regardless of how hard it would be. the charge was $65 for everything flat rate. great place. friendly. hard working. and willing to go to the ends of the earth. we live in the agricultural area of wimauma and they were even willing to go down our dirt road. really recommend them. ~jace and martha anderson

called and they gave me a quote that was the same as what was told to us over the phone. showed up very quickly because they are in the area. locked our keys in the house and price was reasonable and fair. will definitely recommend to our family and friends and will use them again if we had to which we DONT hope happens lol but they were there in a pinch. Courtesy Locksmith came on a Sunday afternoon and would not take money when he was unable to make a key for my truck...they are the best. I want to add that it wasnt his fault, its a difficult key to duplicate and he referred me to someone who could do it. He spent about an hour here and refused to take anthing for it.

The service was done fine, however the Company doubled billed my credit card and was told they would refund me. Followed up for 3 months never got my money back. Went to my credit card company to dispute and it was too late. Never received my refund!!!!!!!

They used a hammer and a screwdriver and ruined the lock to the point that the whole door knob needs to be replaced...... This is what they told us. They also charged us 80 dollars
