Was getting my key cut there bc other place machine was broken, and I never been to this place before. At first they stated it the cutting fee is 60$ I was stunted by the name of of the store is "affordable" not "ripping off people". I stated him that I had my keys cut numerous of time and its 25$. He finally gave in and pretends hes doing me a favor by lowering the price. They goes to cut the key 9times in and out of the store bc it doesnt fit then broke my ignition switch because they didnt know how to cut the key. They even denied its their fault that they were forcing it in when the key doesnt fit I even see my car shaking while inside of the store. Do not lie to customers when its right in front of them . They even went ahead and denies other customers that also want to get their car keys cut by stating "we dont cut XXX car here". I Wasted a whole day watching these clowns running around to get my car running. . Not to mention they got 8 staffs hiding in the back while lines of customers in front waiting for half an hour, when asked them for help, they stated "its not their job". Guest whos paying their wages? customers. Nice working ethic you got there. Ever wonders why big box stores running small shops like this out of business? This is why . Please ignore these fake reviews from their staffs.

What an amazing company. I had bought a brinks safe years ago and ended up losing the key. I had called brinks and they had actually out sourced those safes. They gave me the number of the company and I contacted them and was informed that the company who made the keys actually went out of business and there was nothing they could do. I had contacted several lock smiths in Tampa and all they wanted to do was damage the safe and it would be useless. I then went and saw Tyler at Affordable Lock and Security Solutions. He said let me work on it and see what we can do. I watched and he picked the lock and I got what items I still had in the safe out. He then took the key portion out and ended up making me keys that would work. His attitude was all about making it work and fixing it. He said it was a little challenging but that makes it interesting. As well as he charged me an extremely fair price. It actually was cheaper than I thought with all he did. My initial phone call was returned right away and they were easily able to come out at a time that worked for me (my situation wasnt urgent so we could schedule it out a few days). The technician was running a little behind the day of my appointment, so he called to let me know and gave me his approximate time of arrival. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everying that I needed to know about the locks that were being installed. He was very courteous and personable as well. It didnt take him long at all to do the work and everything worked and looked great when he was done. I will definitely be using them for all my future locksmith needs.

We had multiple security locks installed throughout our new property. As one of the most important items on the checklist, I felt assured by this companys longstanding history. From the start, the office manager, scheduler, and the locksmith were pleasant, informative, and efficient. They got me scheduled when I wanted; no problem. Randy C. showed up right on time and was very professional. He gave us good options to solve and secure a problem doorway. The offices price estimate was fair and the service I added at the site cost what I anticipated. Randy C. completed everything we needed quickly, and it all works perfect!

Tim has been a pleasure to work with. Today he finished his second lock installation with my company and I could not be happier. Tim bent over backwards to complete both my installations and didnt leave until everything worked properly and I was knowledgeable about my new system. I had been to four other locksmiths and none of them could make a duplicate of a key that had been broken except affordable locksmith. Other locksmith had said that they didnt have time to worry about a job that wasnt going to make money and refuse to help me out, but the guys at affordable did something their competition couldnt and in return have a loyal customer in me as a result.

Probably the worst "locksmith" Ive ever been to. And all these fake generic reviews cannot get less obvious. These people are shaddiest people Ive deal with, they will smile while ripping your off because you will get different prices every time. Please do yourself a favor and do not throw away your money at these people and start giving them negative reviews on Yelp and facebook.

I had them come to both my home and business to have all my locks changed and re keyed after my purse was stolen. They were very professional, they knew exactly what I wanted done. As for the price that was great, I remember paying about the same thing some 15 years ago at a different address. I would definitely refer them out to anybody needing a locksmith.

He was knowledgeable and offered good suggestions. He was prompt and polite.I would definitely use this company again if needed and would refer friends and family to them.

They suggested that I just re-pin the locks instead, which saved me money. Great Customer Service. Called to let me know they were on their way, like they said they would.
