When we first enrolled our two kids to this school the Director and all the teachers were great with my kids and with us as parents. Then she moved on to another school and the new Director they got to take her place was completely incompetent. She got there and I had to redo both of my kids paperwork, she blamed the previous Director for that problem. Then she started losing employees and my kids where going through different teachers a lot. When my son first started he was starting to come out of his shell but with all the new teacher he clammed up again. Both of my kids hated going to school when they used to love it. So we pulled them out. When we left the school owed us 350 because we paid a month at a time. It took them two months and a lot of calling them and corporate to get our money back. We also had pictured that were due to be sent there by the end of the month and they lost both of my kids packets of pictures. We gave them a month and they only found my daughters. Sharon claimed she never received my sons and that none of this was her fault. So I called lifetouch and they could give me an exact time that the school received my sons pictures and resent them to our address so we no longer had to deal with them. She can not keep anything organized and is the poorest Director I have ever seen. Beware.

My daughter has been attending La Petite for 19 months, since the age of 3 months old. I must say when she started attending things were good but then became much disorganized with many problems. I did address my issues and they were corrected immediately. I must say the staff they have there now is the best it has ever been. I give the credit to Ms. Jackie & Ms. Julie who are both wonderful with all the kids and listen to me when it comes to my child’s needs. The teachers for toddlers Ms. Jenna & Ms. Debbie are the greatest and my daughter adore both of them so much. She learns a lot there and I would recommend this daycare/preschool to anyone. If you are looking for a safe place that your child can go to learn lots of new things and have many friends this is the place for them. Thank you to my La Petite family for being my child’s family away from home! She will be with you many more years to come!!!

This daycare/preschool is one of the best if not the best in Brandon FL ! I have a 3 year old and I would not trust him in anyother place. The director Mary Menzer is as dedicated as they come, She loves each child that come through her doors and is always there to help when she can, and I can say the same for the assistant director Ms. Tiffany. All the teachers there are awesome, to mention a few Ms.Yolanda, Ms.Patty, Ms.Tammy, Ms Marie, Ms Marty, Ms.Nicole, Ms.Becky, and Ms. Megan. They work and treat each other like family which is very inviting and comforting for the children as well as the parents. They make you feel like you are leaving your child with family. I would recommend anyone and everyone to enroll their child in this school. I have a eight month year-old and cant wait for him to join the La Petite family.

After looking at several day care facilities for our daughter, we really liked this location. Even though it is 20 minutes out of our way, we gladly make the trip. Our 22 month old is now completely enamored with several instructors, especially Miss Jenna. The staff at La Petite on Windhorst has gone out of their way to treat me with respect. Please consider this establishment when looking for an appropriate place to care for your children.
