Absolutely the worst customer service. My home warranty company sent this company out to replace my water heater, kitchen faucet, and shower faucet. Took a couple days to get them out to see what parts were needed and another week and a half to finally come out to install the parts. The water heater went well, but they brought a bad new kitchen faucet and didnt notice until after they had ripped out my old one that was working but just leaked. So after a week and a half with no hot water now I have no kitchen sink. They told me they would be back same day but never showed back up. The shower faucet wasnt replaced either because the guy said he left his tool at another customers. Office manager wouldnt even listen to my concerns. This company is a joke! Stay away and add them to your do not use list.

Worst experience ever. Never showed up on time. They cut corners. My warranty company assigned them to install my water softener. They used the existing drain line which is double the size of the drain line that came with the new unit. They forgot to connect the overflow drain as well. My unit is located inside the garage and its leaking when it generates. This company wont come back to fix the issue. Custom servic is not helpful at all. My warranty company had to reassign the work to a different company. I asked my Waranty company not to send this company again to my house for any future claims. Avoid them to avoid headaches and hassles.

I was in desperate need of a plumber with a very small window of time. I spoke with Paula and Kathy and they had a plumber at my door within 30 minutes. The plumber did a great job at a reasonable cost. I am pleased with my experience today.

Not impressed with customer service. Never even got to appt. b/c cancelled b/c of rude personnel. Requested warranty company to take them off our list of vendors for our service requests in the future.
