Plumbing job was adequate, but he didnt do a great job cleaning up afterwards, follow-up was bad, and he took our soap dispenser and box from our new faucet without asking. He did bring a box back when we called him out on it, and he did come back to fix an accidentally-disconnected dishwasher. (Didnt matter, his mistake fried our dishwasher) But still, taking stuff without checking gives me much doubt. The workers scratched my new faucet when installing it. Also he was supposed to seal off our old plumbing pipes when he ran the new pipes (to stop bugs from coming in) but we found no less than 6 different pipes that were not sealed by this company. The more time goes on, the more issues we find with the job that Tender Plumbing Care did.

DO NOT USE!!!! Came the day after the Hurricane. Did a lousy quick fix and promised to do the real fix the next day. Never came back. Called a week and half later and threatened to sue because we had called a different plumber to finish what he started. Never once apolaugized for leaving the worksite and not coming back. When we finally accepted that he would finish the work. He way overcharged!!! Mislead us into thinking he would charge $200. But in reality, he charged $147 for his half fast job on the first and an additional $200. Appears that there are leaks after he finished the job. Gotta now watch closely to see how bad a job he did. DO NOT USE!!!

My landlord has used this company for the last 3 years I have lived in his house. Tender has been over 3 times and every time was such a pleasant experience. They are able to come quickly and fix the problems quickly. I love how professional they are and my favorite part is we get to support a locally owned family company. I cant speak for pricing as I have never paid, but 5 stars in all other categories!

If you need a plumber, you are in the right place! I have had nothing but excellent service from Tender Plumbing Care. I personally use them and use them for all of my rental properties. I had an entire property that had to be re-plumbed and they did an excellent job! They have been stellar in troubleshooting all kinds of plumbing issues I have had to deal with. Highly recommend!

Tender Plumbing Care came recommended by a friend. I used them to repair 3 leaks I had in my home and they did a great job. They were pleasant, on time, and even cleaned up the mess they made during the job. Price was fair too. I will definitely use them again!
