I can not express how pleased i am to know that there are still companies that focus on their quality work, quality employees, and great customer service. I called Modern at 11 pm on a Tuesday night to be pleasantly surprised that a friendly voice answered the phone and i wasnt left talking to a answering machine or a call center that wasnt going to pass my message on. Unfortunately, my wife was taking a shower and i was giving our son a bath when both of the bathrooms started to flood. After we cleaned up i called Modern and they were more than willing to come out right away, but since i had stopped the water and i had already cleaned up i told them they could call me in the morning to set up an appointment. Their follow through was amazing!!! Around 7:15 am i got a call from their service department wanting to know what time they could come out and look at the problem and by 8:30 they were there. My plumber Ray was awesome. He took the time to look and thoroughly clean every line. I found out that Ray has been with the company for over 20 years and that shows what type of company they must be. Since he wasnt satisfied with not be able to come up with a definite answer he decided to use there camera where he found that a national cable company that was upgrading the lines the week before drilled right through our line. Lucky for us the supervisor for that company was checking up on crew when he was able to witness first hand through Moderns camera technology that they were at fault. Within the next 30 minutes Ray was fixing the problem. Thanks again to Ray and the entire Modern Staff. You guys were great and i will definitely recommend you to anyone in need.

We had significant back ups in our kitchen and bathrooms. We received a very significant quote and work recommendation from a well known company in town. I called Modern Plumbing for a second opinion as I was quite overwhelmed. David came out and was kind, professional and very patient with all my questions. He was at my house 5 hours unclogging the kitchen clog from the roof and diagnosing the problems with my sewer drain. They gave a much more conservative recommendation then the first company. They started the still large project 2 business days later. They did rip up my Mexican tile and concrete slab. David contacted me with any decisions that had to be made. I really felt that he was my advocate over the following 4 days. David and other employees were willing to work late into the evening hours in order to get the job done in the 4 days they had assigned to the project. David was respectful of my home and tried to minimize the mess involved. It was a large project outside my home as well. They did tell me that my paver walk way would be disassembled in order to do the piping. But they tried to minimize the damage and put my sod back together. Job was $6500. If I had to use them I would certainly call modern plumbing and ask for David again.

This is a fantastic company! Estimator came free of charge to provide a detailed and accurate quote. I had a drain line from my kitchen sink that needed to be lowered due to the installation of granite countertops and a deeper sink. Rick, the estimator was on time, neat in appearance, friendly, and respectful. He noticed that I was former military and provided a discount without me even asking and thanked me for my service. Sean showed up to do the work earlier than the beginning of the 2 hour agreed upon block of time (after calling to make sure that was ok). He was also neat in appearance, respectful, and cleaned up after the job. All work was performed as agreed upon in the quote with no hidden fees or additional cost of any kind. I have found a new plumbing company that I can trust and will use for all of my plumbing needs as long as I am in the area. I was in no way compensated by writing this review nor was I even asked to do so. I believe that our community can benefit from the services provided by this company and I would like to help those that will need an honest plumber in the future. Thanks Modern Plumbing!

Joseph Yanick did a great job helping us resolve our plumbing issues. It was a very easy process from start to finish with this company and I would highly recommend them. We found Modern Plumbing on Angies List as a highly rated company. When we called, we had no trouble scheduling them to come out that same week (they offered to squeeze us in that same day in case it was an emergency but it wasnt). They called to let us know when Joseph was on his way, he arrived right on time and was quick to get to work. As he was snaking our clogged line, he had no problem explaining to me what he was doing, what typically causes those issues, and answering any additional questions I had in order to help prevent any more issue. I also liked that he was honest and I did not feel like he was trying to sell me services I didnt need (although he informed me of the options available). Overall, great company, great technician and I will be using Joe as our normal plumber from now on.

Our kitchen sink faucet was coming apart at the seams and a replacement was needed ASAP. Once again, Modern Plumbing to the rescue! A quick call to schedule an appointment for the next day and we were set. Bee called the following morning to ask if we could move up the appointment about an hour. Sure, even better! And soon after, David arrived (I said the old team was getting back together lol). No kidding when I say it was less than twenty minutes later and the new faucet was installed. I honestly thought David was testing the water on the old faucet, but no... the job was done and working perfectly. Once again, quick courteous service. Well be moving out of state in a couple weeks and I can honestly say Modern Plumbing will be one of the things Ill miss most. Finding a fast, friendly, cost-effective plumber isnt always easy, and Modern Plumbing has been all of those things.

Modern Plumbing Industries, Inc. is a company with integrity. The staff and the technicians are qualified and professional. My home insurance was canceled because there was poly in the garage attic from moving the hot water heater from one side to the other. The rest of the house is copper with no leaks. On 7/26 Mr. Robert Inman gave me an estimate to re-pipe, very thorough with a good plan. Carson came out to give in estimate to remove poly 7/28, work to be done on 8/2, but 7/30 a fitting broke and the garage was flooded. Within an hour James came and resolved the problem, great job. Carson came and replaced the poly on 8/2, he is thoughtful and thorough. They are a great company, exemplifying professionalism, also reasonable. I am grateful to Robert, James and Carson exceptional technicians, also to the courteous and helpful staff.

Fantastic company. Was able to come out the same day I called even though they were fully booked as I was leaving for vacation the next day and couldnt wait. Receptionist was extremely pleasant and understanding on the phone. Jay came out and did a FANTASTIC job. Cant even describe how friendly, professional and most of all COMPETENT he was. He was able to fix my problem (and do it right) in less than an hour. This guy truly knows what hes doing, and it showed. Best of all he was super-friendly throughout almost like we were old friends. It was a PLEASURE doing business with them and I will definitely call Modern Plumbing next time I have a plumbing problem. Its nice to know companies like this still exist.
