Keep looking if you are searching for an honest, dependable, competent, reasonably priced plumber. Your best interest and the protection of your home will not be served if you have "any" dealings with 20/20 plumbing. They demonstrated slow work habits and patchwork repairs. They use deceptive job estimating and have a total disregard for customer instructions and the customers property. Repairs inspected by another local plumber confirmed amateurish repairs and overpricing of the project. You use...you loose!!! Dont say you have not been warned.

The worst company they dont answer phone goes to answering service. Left messages doesnt get taken care of. Plumber or probably technition instead left 6 caps off of clean outs and a bunch of tools on site still there after 2 days, caps are still off of clean outs. would never refer or use this company. Efidenty the so called plumber or tech doesnt care or he would have come back for his tools. Blows my mind.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a scam. Do not show up for appointments and do not call back. Forget customer service they make it very aware they do not care about you. The women who answers the phone is beyond unprofessional and down right nasty. Whatever you do dont waste a dime on these con artists. If you have a warranty they will not show up. Owner should be ashamed of himself.

I have been using 20/20 Plumbing for over 6 years for both my rentals and my customers and my primary residence. They have always been prompt in service, always got the job done, and have always been priced fairly for the work. I would recommend them for various plumbing jobs, I have had them do complete repiping and small jobs too like a running toilet. They do a good job.
