Outdoor Survivalists

I was in pretty dire straights yesterday as either my fuel pump or fuel line ruptured while I was on my way to work, right in the middle of heavy traffic in Pinellas Park. My engine died, so my power steering & brakes court seized up. I barely missed hitting a car that was turning and rolled into a parking lot on momentum alone (barely missing two pedestrians and several parked cars, along with a dumpster at the edge of the parking lot). At the referral of a church member, I connected CTS Towing and they promptly sent Mike B out with his flatbed tow truck. He was VERY nice and ensured me that hed get my truck taken care of and transported to our house so I could work on it after work. He definitely saved the day and did it with a smile! Even my request to drop my truck in a certain spot under some trees so I could work in the shade was met with a, "You got it! I totally understand..." Ive worked in Customer Service for close to 13 years now, and thats exactly the type of empathy & assurance that a customer wants to hear! Id highly recommend CTS Towing & Transport in Clearwater, Florida to ALL of my friends & family! Im glad we also now have a company to personally reference should we need to a tow in the future!! Kudos to Mike!

We had a complicated day but Allen made it easy. A ZR-1 and Lexus had to be delivered for repairs to two different garages on a flat bed trailer. Our tow truck driver Allen made it easy and efficient. He took one then the other. He had them loaded quickly, checked and securely tied down in no time. He noted that the ZR-1 had a problem with the door that was scheduled for repair. We talked about it before he left and he knew I was concerned. Each time he delivered a car to the destination he call me to let me know the cars were delivered safely with out incident. He made sure that the shop receiving the ZR-1 with bad door was very careful in opening and closing the door not to break the glass. Allen goes the extra mile and does it with a smile. Super job! Thank you!

Terrible customer service, they will treat people like uneducated scum. I ask to see a bill and the response was pay me 321 cash and Ill give you a receipt with a bill on it. Horrible people skills and there record keeping is for the birds. They run an illegal operation and will blame the sherrifs department. They use Floridas loophole to auction a vehicle just after the 30 day period and then months later will have no choice but to do paperwork for a certificate of destruction. They take a BMW M3 and years later they have no paperwork or bill but will stop you from registering a vehicle until you pay a bill that your vehicle probably paid for in full. The system is fraudulent and I could easily make this company bankrupt with one court hearing. Beware of this place!!!!

Chris (dispatcher) and Sean (driver) were extremely professional and prompt. Sean took the time to make sure I had all of my belongings out of my accident vehicle. I have previously done towing and heavy equipment transport and I am highly critical about the care my vehicle receives. I had not one issue with the way my car was transported. In fact I already sent away the truck my insurance was trying to use and had my body shop contract to CTS for the tow. My car was cared for as if I was towing it myself. A+

Awesome service provided by these guys. Stephen was my driver and he was great! Even though it was late at night, I got a great quote over the phone and was given the same price in person. No hidden fees whatsoever like Ive experienced with other companies. They got my truck home safe so I could get her running in the morning. These guys are now saved in my phone just in case I need another tow in the future. I recommend these guys to anyone who needs a tow.

MATT WAS AMAZING!!! He came very quickly to help us pull our truck from the dirt. He explained a ton of things to us about our truck. We were about to embark a 1200 mile journey and clueless on how to drive the truck. He stayed with us for over an hour explaining things. He went way above and beyond. Anyone would be lucky to have him help.

Called for a tow and was told it would be two hours, they called me back 2 hours later and told me it would be another two hours. I never heard back from them and they never showed up. I had to end up calling someone else. I would recommend not using them!!! Horrible service!

Had an accident. Called them up and the Dispatcher was very polite and answered all my questions. Tow truck driver was able to fix my issue without even needing a tow. Low price for how much they did for me. Would/will recommend to friends.

Horrible service supposedly to come at 4:30pm finally came at 6:00. Whenever called asking for status of where the twoing guy is they just say will be there in 5 mins struck in traffic. Dont use this service at all not advisable

Carlo just towed our Tesla Model S and could not have been nicer. Very knowledgeable about the car too which was a bonus. Not happy that the car had to be towed for service, but I know shes in good hands. Thanks Carlo!

They never answer the phone or call back if your car is impounded. Had a friend who had her car impounded. I agreed to take her to pick it up. She called and called, cash in hand, no answer no call back.

Matt from CTS was great to deal with and fast called in for a boost and with in 20 mins he was at my truck and I was running down the road Great service and I recommend these guys for any big rig need !!
