Our business has a combination lock for entry to the rear door for safety reasons. Up until recently, Lockman would come out and repair the lock. The last time they came, they said it was about 10 years old and worn out and we needed a new one and that we needed to fix the door stopper so it wouldnt slam shut. We did that soon after they requested we fix it. After Lockman showed us the price (approximately $725) for a new combo lock, I obtained the specs on it and purchased it elsewhere for for about $350. When I called them out to install, they put me off for two weeks. When I called back two weeks later, they said they no longer wanted to install it for us because we didnt fix the door stopper (which we had done after they instructed us to do this--we just used someone else to install the door stopper). A month later, I gave them a second chance to come out to install the lock before I call another locksmith. They said they were booked out 2-3 weeks again. So all of a sudden, since we purchased the lock cheaper elsewhere, now we get put off. We just thought this was unprofessional and poor customer service, and we would be completely out of business if we treated our customers like that.

I was down to a spare key and needed a replacement key that was "lost" by the dealership when I purchased my car. Unfortunately, the spare key does not have remote access. It requires manually unlocking the driver door, and then, having to press the power door locks from inside the car to unlock the remaining doors. That alone, drove me insane. Now, I understand why the dealership I purchased it from never bothered to have this kind of key made (integrated chip key and fob). $185 plus tax later, but well worth the cost to restore some sanity. Lock-Man Locksmith made and programmed a new key within a few minutes, with friendly service.

30 minute time frame to get here turned into 3 hours wait time, once the locksmith got here he lost or forgot his tool to make a replacement chipped key. I asked him if there was anything he could do on the price bc of the wait and loosing or forgetting his tool and he immediately told me they were unwilling to do anything about it and to email the owner. I emailed him with absolutely no response, hes already got my $225 for my key and doesnt care about repeat business obviously.

They have bad customer service and I got a price to do some work on my ignition then came back to get it done and price was raised up to an unbelievable price. Also Im a lady not a sir because Im wearing a hat and military colors to support the military and my son, doesnt mean Im a dude open ur eyes. Yall are money hungry and cheats, I dont know if its new management but yall have changed, Im taking my business somewhere else from now on.

Had ignition replaced and chip keys made. My experience was great with this store. Charley helped me out at Ft. Desoto on the 08/11/2017 and was super nice. Went to the store on Monday 08/14/2017 and was very pleased with the way I was treated by all employees Ethan, Mike, Rick and others. I greatly appreciate your help and work. Great job guys!! Thank You again. Best place to have keys and ignition work done. Trust no one else.

We needed a special lock on a weekend that was unavailable at any open store. Someone answered the phone at Lock-man, even though their retail store was closed, and they said we could come in and buy the lock. They even cut extra keys and didnt charge us. They were so professional - what a great place to work with!

I always a/c my car down before taking my dog for a ride and one day she stepped on the lock button and she was locked inside. I called the Lock-Man and explain my situation, not only did he rush to my aid but he did not charge me. Grade A service and i will do all my key and lock business here.

I am a AAA plus member and they have been very helpful for me for making me a new key as mine both decided to screw up on me... and they also repaired my ignition switch both for reasonable price and in a timely manner.. I definitely reccomend them whether you have AAA or not!!
