Eh. Ok service, I have been using them for a while and they have good prices. Slow turn around and slow on service calls. Not the best at communicating, I told them the first person to my business gets there at 11 and they called me 3 times before 11 saying they were there waiting. Every time I repeated the same sentence. "I will be there at 11am, just like I said when I scheduled"...I also needed a lock changed and I guess they didnt have the lock? They said they needed to special order it, although it was a generic lock. A week later I never heard back so I went to home depot and bought one for 7 bucks and did it myself.

I find the staff there to be some of the rudest, lack of customer service skills people I have ever came across. I dont think they even care what you the customer wants or thinks of them. I use them because they are local and with ok prices. You just have to "Expect" rude service when you open their door. If you get good service, consider yourself lucky.

Phone conversation: Me: Can you cut VW keys? I have the blanks? Them: Are they coated or solid? Me: They are chrome or nickel plated. Them: Sure we can cut it as long as it wont tear up our cutting wheels. I drive to Gulfport only to hear "Oh thats laser cut Im not going to cut that". Thanks.

Fast, efficient, knows what theyre doing. I went to have a duplicate car key transponder made for my Honda CRV, but - just so everyone knows - they said they cant make the actual transponders here, so I had to settle for just the key itself. $85.
