Grade A all the way! Let me say the guy that had bad customer service must have walked into the other crappy lock smiths in this town because I went in after calling every one else that does locks and they said thats not possible. This place just said absolutely let me show you how easy this is and I walked out saving $250 compared to what other places wanted. Love these guys and I will be back in the future!

Awful customer service, been going here for years getting a special type of key cut. Went in again and was told my the person there "WE DO NOT DO THIS", when I explained that I have been coming for years to get this done I was told "YOU ARE WRONG". Staff was very rude, would not recommend to anyone.
