Ive walked into this salon a few times though Ive never gotten my hair cut. They are always busy and for some reason, they never have anyone there to greet customers at the door. Instead, there is always awkwardness as I wait, standing by myself quietly, for someone to say something. When someone does finally speak up, they are usually rude, and seem stressed out. Just this last time, I was greeted by a lady cutting hair (after a while). She asked me what I wanted and I said a trim. She said to have a seat and that someone would be with me shortly. I asked politely about how long that would be. She replied extremely rudely that she hopes it wont be too long, because they close at 6pm. I checked my watch and it was about 5:40pm. I guess she was upset that I came in so close to closing, though I hadnt noticed the time they closed. She would have been better off politely telling me that they are closing shortly and asking me to return another time. Unfortunately, she wasnt. This was the 2nd and last time that I go into this establishment. They are frankly way too rude for me and not nearly professional enough. Maybe they are busy now, I dont see that lasting too much longer if they keep treating potential longterm customers the way that theyve treated me. I live just down the street and am looking for a place to frequent for my hair cuts.

I admit I never just walk in for service. Flo cuts my hair and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good haircut. Im sure she is great with other services, as well. I always call and make an appointment and I dont have to wait. The people there seem very nice. I do think they should hire a receptionist to take calls and sign people in but I guess they just are not that kind of salon.
