I made an appointment for a hair cut and style. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment. I checked in with a hair stylist and told her I had an appointment with Pat or Patty, she agreed and had me sit down. Three more people arrived after me and three people were taken back ahead of me by two different stylists. After waiting 40 minutes of reading magazines, I got up and walked out. No one said anything to me. It was the strangest hair salon I have ever been in. Obviously, they do not need any new customers. I do not recommended wasting your time even making an appointment with Illusions Hair Salon. Trish

It is our intention to give every client complete satisfaction with their service which includes a great hair service and consideration of their time. Mistakes can happen regarding appointments. The client was called and told that her stylist did not work on the day that she came for her appointment, nor does she ever work on that particular day of the week, and an apology was given and an offer to rebook an appointment. It would never be our intention to inconvenience someone. It is our reputation to give our clients not only fantastic hair, but to make our salon a pleasant place to be!

The hairwashing stations were dirty. My stylist never checked on me under the dryer. After I was done getting washed I had to wait and extra 15 minutes while she cut someone elses hair before she did mine. My highlights came out brashy and uneven and my hair was cut one inch shorter on the left side than the right. So im going to different salon now this week to get all of this fixed. Dont waste your time and money.

I love Illusions! This place is great!! Susie colors my hair and has colored my moms for 15+ years. My mom refuses to go anywhere else. When I got married, Susie and Patty did my updo and my 10 bridesmaids! It was gorgeous! Im shocked at some of these reviews on here. But I guess it just goes to show you that some people are just un-pleasable. Susie is a wiz with color and styling! Love this place!

i got my hair done there for my best friends wedding. it was stressful, and they had not planned for enough time or man power for the number we told them ahead of time. the lady was spastic and crazy. and it was by far the worst hairstyle ive ever had. i took it down as soon as i left. looked nothing like the picture and just plain terrible. dont go! they really are a little crazy!

The ladies here are awesome! Appointments are always handled on time and my cut is great.
