Yo A trabajo en este salón desde gue tengo 16 años de edad todo el mundo gue trabaja en este salón somos como familia y tratamos lo mejor gue podemos a los clientes y el dueño altual es muy profesional poreso tenemos tanto tienpo nos gusta lo gue asemos y la malloria de los clientes gue tenemos son fijos llevan más de 15 años con nosotros poreso siempre hay alguien gue abla mal de los negocio y no debería ser así por gue incluso esas jente van al salón y se asen cervisio con nosotros a nosotros si nos importa gue es griven y cuando tengan una gueja pregunten por el dueño el es muy profesional y trata de alludar a todo el mundo gracias ❤️

Never buy a gift card from this place! I received a gift card from a friend for a package at this spa. When I called to use it they told me that they do not record the number on the gift card so I needed to present the paper it came with. You can imagine I no longer have it since NO OTHER gift Card works like this! They told me to call back to speak to someone else, then that they cant cash it in without the dollar amount on the paper, then that I had to have my friend who purchased it call or provide her receipt (from months prior so of course she didnt have it), etc etc. After numerous calls I gave up. Its so ridiculous...

Awful customer service. My appointment for a deep tissue massage got canceled up to four times so eventually I decided not to re-schedule again. Funny thing is, that all my appointments were at 5pm, so it seems that they dont like to work at that time. Official excuse for cancelation was family issues every time. One of those excuses that you cant really dispute, but I really think they gave me that excuse just so that I didnt make too much of a fuss. Wont be going back there for sure.
