I had waxing done twice @ this place. I went twice because my Groupon was for two visits. Both times I had to get back on the table because she missed so much hair. I was so disappointed in the service that I received. If they were the last place around I would remain bushy. It is true that you get what you pay for. Thank goodness that European wax center is down the street which i went back to back this horrible experience.

Bought a groupon unable to get an appointment. Adina (who is the only one you can use for the Groupon) said she is back logged 6-8 for a Saturday appointment. So I requested any day after 4. She said she has only 1 appoint left for weeks and it is Tuesday @2:30. I told her that I was gonna contact Groupon and she said maybe that was a good idea since she didnt have many appointments left. DONT BUY THE GROUPON
