Coming on vacation from NYC, I expect A LOT. A LOT A LOT. And my experience with this day-spa was pure serendipity. I came in for a mani-pedi-eyebrow treatment and was a little hesitant because of the outdated facilities but LET ME TELL YOU- the appearance has NOTHING to do with the treatment you get in this place. Andrea, the nail specialist, gave me the best mani-pedi that not even five star resorts could top (and Ive tried plenty of them). Honestly, I cant believe she even works at a salon that charges so little but shes happy and she makes you VERY HAPPY. I highly highly highly recommend this place, especially if you want a great value and love discovering hidden gems. Do yourself a solid and visit Andrea. You wont be disappointed.

I went for a facial which was nice and the girl was really sweet, then i got a haircut as well, both as a Groupon gift from my friend, i asked for a long Bob and i ended up with one side shorter than the other, by far THE WORST HAIRCUT I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! I will never come back again. I am really unhappy and upset about it, I look totally stupid with an uneven haircut, ill just wait until my hair grows but i learned my lesson and i will not recommend this place at all, there is a chance that i got unlucky so you can take you chances here just dont do it before a special date ... just in case they mess up your hair too.

I have been going to Drew James for many many years. I stopped going to try something new. WOW that was the wrong move. After several months giving another salon a try. I came back to Drew James Plantation. I love that the stylist are professional. They dont fight with each other the salon floor. I was just so turned off from the other place ignoring me and fighting with each other over clips and products. Drew James is a CLASS ACT. The product are good and the staff is Amazing. Will not leave them again.

The newbie doesnt know how to cut hair. My haircut is awful and then I had to stop her from thinning my hair, WHY do hairdressers with thin hair feel the need to thin yours. The place smells like perming solution not of essential oils like the other amazing aveda salons. This is the worst Aveda salon I have ever been too and will not be returning. Pyure is so much better.

I like that when my hairstylist is focusing on what she is doing and not being distracted while she is cutting my hair. Ive been to other places and they stop cutting to either get a call or just to talk to someone else. Cutting hair is like an artist once you start the process you finish it.

WORST HAIRCUT of my life from Courtney. Anyone who looks at my hair can see that. Its so uneven, choppy and bulky. I asked her to make it NOT bulky, and obviously make it even. If she would have simply gazed at my hair again she would have seen how horrible it is. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Great experience from the facial to haircut. Had to wait a little while for my appointments but I realize it was worth the wait. Vanessa was a great hairstylist. Happy with my new cut and blow dry :) I will definatly be back!
