Ive been coming to this location for a few years now for checkups and a few repairs. Have always felt that I could trust the staff and my recent visit changed all that. I went in for an oil change and to figure out where a clicking noise was coming from in my car. I purchased a the full synthetic oil with free tire rotation. Got called 1/2 hour later, oil changed fixed the clicking. However, the gentleman proceeded to tell me that my front brake pads where completely gone and the metal dug into my rotors. He said they would have to completely change the rotors and pads. I thought this was odd since I never heard or felt any grinding or warped feeling. He gave me a quote that was over $600. I told him I was going to hold off and the gentleman asked me "Do you really think that is a wise idea to drive from here without brakes?" Feeling pressured I told him I would decided on my way back to get my car. I decided that I was not going to utilize their service and would change them out myself. I order the rotors and pads. Turns out, when I took off my pads, I had at least 15% to 50% remaining and the rotors were completely fine and smooth. So i returned the rotors and just replaced the pads for only $50. Secondly, they never rotated my tires which they are supposed to do for free with the full synthetic oil change. Unfortunately, I did not notice till I was home. Never using their service again and going to tell anyone that does use their service and anyone i know about this dishonesty. I attached photos my previous pads as evidence of their dishonesty.

Took a car in for my boss, reporting that the front-passenger tire was probably damaged and the car was leading towards the right, probably due to said tire, which also lost air quickly. After fifteen minutes, D.J., a service manager there, reports a different tire should be replaced, (rear-passenger,) the front-passenger is fine, and the leaning is probably due to alignment, if Id like to "take care" of that as well. We leave because they dont have our tires in stock, trusting his word, only to have the front-passenger tire explode on I-75, nearly doing God-knows-what to my boss on his way home. Either he dropped the ball severely, (tire place that doesnt know how to check tires?), is crazy, lazy, trying to upsell or a combination of any of those four. Go to Tire Plus or Tire Kingdom instead, there within minutes of this forsaken place, or do it yourself, seems youll walk away better for it most of the time.

I have a 2005 ford escape. Check engine light came on and started chugging along with a low idle, almost felt like it was going to die. Pulled into this goodyear to have it repaired. I wont get into the details but they absolutely tried everything and kept me updated thru the whole process. And as the price was beginning to skyrocket, I told them my financial situation and they told me dont worry well work with you. After 4 days of trying everything they said they couldnt fix it. So as I went to pick it up with money to pay in hand and ready to max out my credit as well peter tells me "no charge" WHAT??? I absolutely wanted to cry. All the labor they did???? Pay nothing?!?!?!?! I cant thank these guys enough. Peter and techs thank you so much!! Youve allowed me to find a new car and still pay my bills. Not a lot of places would work that long and not charge you a dime. Im eternally grateful

Just went here today. Horrible! Do NOT GO HERE. Among other things wrong with their customer service, they are deceitful and money hungry. I called in and asked if I could come in for an estimate for some maintenance for my car. I explained that I was leaving a meeting but if I could get an estimate it would be worth it. He said sure and nothing else. I get there and they try to charge me $51 just to look! Simple bait and switch. And they didnt apologize for wasting my time. For maintenance I like to get at least 2 estimates. It felt like they were entrapping me to only get service there after wasting my time. And Ive been to another Goodyear (Dixie Highway) and they had no such policy of an inspection fee. They were kind and gave me a fair estimate, unlike this place. If you have a fee fine, just be upfront about it. If you want honesty and customer service go somewhere else.

I came this Sunday after mass to get my tire fix since I had a flat, but immediately as I pulled into the lot with a complete flat, I ask a service technician Roger for directions to where to leave my car. I pulled into a service lane bt he told me to move it into a visitor space but I told him that the tire was already flat and his rude response was.."that is not my problem.... " and walked away disrespectfully. I ask for the manager but was told he will be back tomorrow. My initial experience was very bad!! Afterwards I had to purchase a new tire and the assistant manager was helpful but it wasnt enough to overcome my disgust with Roger

Honest. Hows that? The ultimate quality in a mechanic. Im a bit of an auto-hypochondriac, Okay? Ive tried bringing my car in a few times, they always see me right away. Peter (Pietro) and Kevin, top-notch guys, checked the car out. If there is nothing wrong, they tell me. If there IS something wrong and they cant fix it, they tell me. So prices on the tires could be better, but they arent a wholesaler so you can expect it. I have an $100,000 High Performance Car, but I trust these guys and you cant put a price on that. Customer for life.

I went here to replace the tires on the used Civic that I just bought. They also checked around the car and only found minor issues. What I really liked was that they took me into the shop and showed me the issues they found directly on the car and that they didnt try to rip me off even though they knew that I had just bought this used car. Considering all the stuff they did on the car, it was also done in a very reasonable amount of time, which was nice. In the end, Im happy with the experience and would definitely go there again.

I had my doubts taking my car here for an oil change, but the dealership wanted to charge me 2-3 times as much for the same thing and here tire rotation was included. I was treated very well and had an excellent experience. Service was very fast and the manager(Petro) was very professional and gave me a very good discount; my first impression of him was an honest person that wouldnt screw you over for money. The mechanic that serviced my car was very friendly as well. Id definitely take my car here again.
