Sold me 3 new tires on June costing me $210 at $70 per new tire which came with a guarantee and plus plugged a flat for $15. Not to mention they checked the fluids ad decided to overfill the engine with oil which spewed everywhere and leaked onto my alternator creating another problem because it loosened the belts and ruined the pulley. This costed me another $300. Everyone kept telling me that he was responsible for the damage and to get him to pay for it and I told my dad he was a crook and I didnt like him but he insisted on using this guys services. My dad had previously got into it with the heavy set guy with the accent but my dads a maniac. October 10, my sister dropped her boyfriend off to work, car was fine. On her way back from picking him up, the tire goes flat. She takes the tire to this shop and he says its $70 more because the tire was punctured. My sister spent $70 on another new tire and the next day my mom takes the car back to his shop only to find out that the tire has a bubble in it; Bubble in sidewall is not caused by alignment problem but he said that it is. I called before I went to his shop and the woman Ingrid told me that sidewall bubble is caused by defective tire and when I got there they changed their story. Thats what made me so angry the fact that they kept up their lie. In fact we argued for at least a half hour until the heavy set guy with the accent told me to get off his property and that he didnt want to replace my tire for free because its not his fault that I have an alignment problem. The tire definitely had some uneven wear and tear but thats not why I was replacing it and he didnt seem to understand that if the tire exploded while I was driving, I couldve been killed and he definitely wouldve been held accountable for that. Its then that he chooses to tell me that his guarantee is voided because of alignment problems. He just kept saying "Ive been a mechanic for 30 years and I know more about cars than you." So if that was true, how come you didnt know that sidewall bubble is not caused by alignment problems? Those people are crooks and poor excuses for mechanics. Theyre dirty and only care about money they dont know the first thing about cars and wanted to charge me $70 more for a new tire and $80 for an alignment. Get out of town, anywhere you go alignments cost half that and so do brand new tires for a 2002 Nissan Sentra. Im definitely going to make sure BBB finds out about his shiesty business practices (selling used tires as new, not replacing his faulty tires for free, being sexist towards me assuming that because Im a woman I know nothing about how cars work, scamming people and misdiagnosing car issues) all in all Ive spent at least $580 on my car because of this man in a matter of months IM DONE. DONT BRING BUSINESS HERE, HE DOENST DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY--all of these good reviews will change in a matter of months.

I am writing from my sons account: Please note: Most positive feedbacks are coming from his own place. If you are a hacker, knows one, or can hire one you will confirm that using the IP address. You made a neglected work, YOU OVERCHEREGED, I almost die on a car accident because of your negligence, and all you care about is that my warranty was expired after just few days that I took the car to your company, instead you didnt took responsibility to see what did you do wrong that caused to have an accident.... you care more about your policies than peoples life and you dont even care about your reputation, I hope the city close your business for negligent. I just took it to another place which has 5 stars and they did a lot of work that was missing on the car and you didnt do, they told me that you didnt fixed properly, they explained and showed me everything that you did WRONG to the car, I got the receipts of what the other company did for a much reasonable price, I can feel the difference right now of how it was before when I took it to your company and how it is right now when I took it to the other company, You not only a THIEF, but also a danger for a women alone.... Aggressive and rude. If you are a women DO NOT go alone to this place.... this guy can turn to be very aggressive and violent.... I am a single women... I took my car there to fix it... After paying ALOT of money to fix it, the car was improperly fixed, I went to claim and to ask him to fix it properly and he said that he would have to charge again $75 for the revision... I got very upset and I told him that he was supposed to give a certain time of warranty which obviously he dont. He kicked me off of the place shaking his hands over me... almost pushing me.... He think he is a man being rude and abusive with a women who is alone.... and he is just a coward.... I called him the police.... You are such a coward... ALL THE HAND WORK THAT YOU DID TO MY CAR WERE NEGLIGENTLY DONE, thus he STOLE ME..... IT IS EASIER TO FOOL A WOMEN WHEN SHE IS ALONE... I wont make this review longer because I dont want to waste my time on garbages like you..... I just wrote it so people specially women get to know who you are... You have policies, but your policies are made to benefit yourself and hurt the costumers.... you are rude and impolite... you cannot charge a fee for revision when your previous job was improperly made. Be careful on how you treat your costumers because I see your rating is going DOWN DOWN AND DOWN. Coward

STAY AWAY!!! These people are inept and negligent! Took my car there to have routine timing belt maintenance on an Audi. The next day the timing skipped causing valve damage which completely destroyed the engine. Had the car checked out initially at Firestone and then the Audi dealer. Both confirmed that the damage was a result of Danielle autos negligence. They never changed the tensioner and over torqued the timing belt causing the tensioner to brake. They are refusing to admit any fault. They wouldnt tow the car to their shop to check it and wouldnt give me an answer what was wrong for over 3 weeks. I have filed a complaint with consumer fraud/protection of the attorney general and better business bureau. I had to to contact a lawyer to sue them to pay for the $5000+ they did in damage to my car. These people are completely inept, corrupt, rude, uncaring, and unethical. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Pay the extra few dollars to have a reputable auto place maintain or repair your car. Not only did these people destroy my engine by being completely inept, but they added another $250 charge to my bill for them towing my broken car back in (after they let it sit for 5 days after breaking the day it got out of their shop). I never agreed verbally or in written consent to pay for the tow and now they wont give me my car until I pay them. These people are completely corrupt and liars!!! STAY AWAY!!! They are aggressive and extremely rude too! UPDATE: I had the Audi dealer send a tow truck over to retrieve my car so they can repair it an Danielle auto refused to give them my car. Now they say they want thousands of dollars to pay for them having to check the faulty engine work they did. I had to call the police to get them to release my car. DO NOT EVER GO TO THEM!!! I ended up having to post a $1300 bond to get my car.
