I am the owner of Rapid Auto Care in Palm Beach Gardens. I understand that not all customers will appreciate the lengths that a company will through to provide good service. However, it has always been our policy to treat customers how we would like to be treated. I recently received a review of 1 star, and although it is true that we performed a job 4 times to get a semi proper solution there was no extra charge for the labor and I personally contacted the person handling the repair for Mr. C., and explained that I would recommend the replacement of another gear in this particular transmission. The work was declined and I notified the vehicle contact that the transmission would probably still make noise if it was not replaced. However, the vehicle would be able to make to 700 mile journey home which is all she cared about. The jeep left shifting through all gears properly and made the 700 mile journey. Once in South Carolina the jeep taken to another shop I received a phone call about some issues the customer thought was caused by my shop. Although warranty work is done in house and reimbursement sight unseen is not a regular practice for any automotive shop the customer always seemed honest and sincere so I gave her a credit card refund for the repairs that she said were done improperly by my shop. I do not know what other lengths a business owner can go through to please its customers. If a customer declines work that is needed due to financial reasons or because they just need the vehicle to make it to a specific destination then they must expect future repairs for proper results. And I hope you will consider Rapid Auto Care for your repairs.

On the evening of Wednesday, July 27th, 2017 my 19 year old son was travelling with two of his friends from Miami, FL to our home in Hiawatha, Iowa when I received a phone call saying his 2007 Toyota Camry was having issues. He was able to get it to a Publix parking lot in Palm Beach Gardens where the vehicle ultimately died. First thing Thursday morning I contacted Brent at Rapid Auto Care and explained my situation. He said to have it towed to his shop and he would evaluate it right away. When the car arrived in the early afternoon, Brent quickly diagnosed a faulty alternator. I advised the alternator had been changed in January, 2016. He said to contact my local shop that originally replaced it to see if there was a warranty. I did and my local shop contacted Brent directly to work out the details. By mid-afternoon Friday the repairs were made and my son was back on the road. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Brent and his team for their understanding and willingness to help in this difficult situation. GREAT SERVICE!!!! If you’re not aware, it can be very challenging for a 19 year old to get a hotel room or rent a car. My wife had to jump through some hoops to locate a hotel that would be willing to provide them a room.

This shop is pathetic. They must underpay their techs because my vehicle had to have the same work done again, at a more reputable shop. They showed me how Rapid Auto techs cut corners, left bolts missing, didnt clean parts before reassembly. They had to take apart my transmission 4 times because they couldnt get it aligned properly. Buyer beware! Do you research before having any type of work other than an oil change at this Mickey Mouse Shop. In fact, the place is so dirty & unprofessional, I was grossed out & didnt want to sit down in the office. If the customer area is a filthy, unorganized pig sty, can you imagine what the shop and tool boxes are like,not to mention the quality of technicians they employ? I welcome any curious consumers to email me directly and I will be more than happy to share pictures of the work this place calls work. All of the other reviews were done 1 year ago with 5 stars at the same time. The owners probably asked a few friends to write rubbish to make them appear reputable to online consumers. If they do work right the first time, they wouldnt have unhappy customers or negative reviews.

I have been going to Rapid Auto Repair for years. The owner, Brent, and his staff are exceptional. I am a weekend warrior car buff and always take them things that are non-standard. They always get it fixed quickly, efficiently and at what I would consider a MORE than reasonable price. Brent has even allowed me to bring my own parts, oil and other things to his shop to be installed. They have even loaned me tools on occasion for me to make my own projects easier. Additionally, he has gone out of his way to get me a better price on things such as tires where he found that with a coupon, which he provided, he found a cheaper price at a so called big box store. I never fear getting a bill that I didnt expect it is usually cheaper than expected. You cant go wrong by using Rapid Auto Repair.

The best and most honest mechanics you can find in the area. A great coupon for an oil change brought me in, they diagnosed other issues with my 2000 nissan altima and offered free consulting for the problems with the oil change. When replacing the spark plugs didnt fix the problem, I was not charged a cent. They diagnosed the real problem and fixed it up like new in good time with a reasonable price. Broke an O2 sensor on accident during the fix- replaced it for free. My car now drives like new. I will never go to another mechanic again, these are my guys!

There are few places of business, and more importantly few people in this world today that passionatly try to go above and beyond for their customers/friends/family. Brant, and his team could not excel finer in doing so. I would drive 100 miles to get my car serviced here. The nicest, most knowledgable and caring team one would ever have the pleasure of doing business with. Time and time again they have done right by myself my family and my friends. I have and will continue to reccomend any and all to this place. Just the best anyone could ask for.

Was a complete help in time of need! Drove it trying to figure out what was wrong. Couldnt duplicate the problem. Remembered we live quite a bit away, didnt charge us for hooking up the car to the sensors or whatever the diagnostic thing is. Recommended a couple things. Prompt! Courteous! Place is a hole in the wall but I will definitely go there again if needed! Honest place. It was really awesome! Go there if you want someone honest. Ive never had someone so helpful nonetheless not charge for anything! Im impressed!

I had never been to Rapid Auto Care before but it was the best thing I did when my car did not want to start. Brent, the manager, looked at my car immediately and made me feel comfortable. I needed a new battery and was going to wait a day to put it in but once I got home the battery died. I went back to Rapid and Brent offered to have my battery changed that afternoon at my house since I lived so close. This is my new mechanic hands down!
